Speaking in general, ASB is a great bank to deal with. Greenwoods Corner is a small group of shops with a nice old bank, in a great location, directly in the fork of the road. Unlike a lot of inner city banks, it has the additional benefit of onsite parking at the rear.
Unfortunately the exterior of this vintage building belies the cramped interior, without space to queue or wait if it is busy. The staff consistently underwhelm with their service. They are exasperating to deal with and often times seem incompetent in their jobs, swinging around to watch their colleagues without paying attention to their own client or not comprehending your request. A redundant security guard lounges on benches near the entrance to bolster your faith in the firm.
All in all, it's easier to deal with an automated phone service than the staff in Greenwoods Corner. read more
