if you're looking for an affordable oil change with knowledgeable people, this is the place to go. I want to Jiffy Lube in West Long branch first and they told me my car only took synthetic oil which is of course the most expensive expensive. My car has less than 20 K miles and takes any type of oil. They were fast and efficient and the mechanic took time to explain all options to me. I have been here a couple of times randomly through the years and every time I go, the service is terrible and they do a less than mediocre job washing my car (I am the sucker that always pays for the highest price service hoping they are actually going to do a good job), I end up always having to ask them to wipe down areas that are blatantly within plainview and generally dirty and noticeable. This time, the manager was walking around and I asked him if they were done, he said yes. I then proceeded to point out areas that I asked to get re-wiped down and he just walked away from me. I had to ask another colleague for help and for a rag to finish the job. I am absolutely for reopening our businesses to give them a chance to make revenue and survive, however the employee behind the cash register was not wearing a mask nor did even look like she had one near her and quite honestly probably didn't care. While she was behind a plastic divider that's still doesn't change the fact that I handed her my credit card which she touched the receipt she handed back to me along with a pen that was used, the reason for wearing a mask. It's to stop the spread of germs does not matter if you were behind a plastic divider. read more

Car washes are par and if you get the everwash you get unlimited washes which is great, however I am giving this business one star because every time I go the employees feel a need to unnecessarily rev my engine every single time, sometimes redlining it, and once saw them spin tires on the turn. I understand they might get excited being in a performance car but that is NO WAY to treat a customers vehicle. It got to the point where I had to speak up and tell the manager. He didn't necessarily apologize all he said was I was going to look at the tapes and talk to the employee. Had my car washed at this location and when I got home noticed that the BMW emblem on the hood was missing! Called twice, left 2 messages and no one had the courtesy to call me back. Went back the following morning and spoke with the manager. He briefly looked around the car wash as I waited and said he didn't see it! He asked if the emblem was glued and walked over to my car to check the hood. Told me they were busy the day I took the car to wash and that he would check with the employees to see if anyone found it! I've never been happier with a car wash/ oil change service. I was in the area and needed to get an oil change, so I took a chance and popped over. This was the fastest, no fuss, oil change I have ever had in my life, and they even protected me from myself lol (I asked for "regular" oil and the man was kind enough to ask if I wanted synthetic since my car is a hybrid-ish car, which should be what I use - he was right). In under 10 minutes, and with a pleasant smile, I was done. I was even treated to a $5 car wash since I had my oil changed there. Bonus! Good, fast service, what else could I need! When running my car through the automatic wash it was off the track rolling back-and-forth. I asked the guy what happened... No response. He said I'm running it through again. Dishonest is the most appropriate term for this place, although I can think of much better choice words. Was visiting family at the shore and my car needed an oil change before I headed back. They brought me in and tried to tell me I needed a new air filter, new transmission fluid, and new power steering fluid on top of special oil. They even took the steps to show me dirty oil, filters, etc. They quoted me something outrageous near $200. I almost said yes, but some of my brain cells were working and told me to pump the breaks. Long story short, I brought it to my mechanic at home and my transmission fluid and power steering were PERFECT. If you are looking to get ripped off, by all means come here. Not too happy with today's car wash. They were really fast, which I guess was good maybe since they had a long line on a nice day. However, the overall job was sub par. It was rushed and it showed. It looked like they ran the vacuum over for like 10 seconds and did a quick scrub. I went there today to wash both my husband and I cars and they didn't do a good job, and the register lady inside was rude.

I was not happy that I sent an email to the owner expressing my frustration that when I paid last time they took my loyalty card that was half full and did not give it back to me so now I have to start over again. Was very disappointing. For almost $27, they hardly cleaned the interior: spots from drinks or food were left, cup holder liners had crumbs and sticky residue, back liner in trunk was filthy. I signed up for exterior detailing. I left them with 2 part touch-up paint. They did a very good job on the exterior. However they made a mistake. They also did the interior - but they owned up to the mistake and did not charge me. I was so impressed with the outcome of the interior after 3 years of moderate use. Gave many tries hoping they would get better and then even when pointing out to the manager how terrible a job they did he just made excuses and said "oh, thats not part of the interior that we clean". Okay, so the door and the center console are not part of the interior that should get cleaned? Even the parts that they did clean were done half-hazard. Unless you want to waste $20-$30 and then have to re-clean your vehicle I would stay away from this one. Yikes. Should have looked at the reviews before heading here. Talk about a waste of $40... would have been better off losing the $40 out the window... at least it may have been used for some good. It was fairly busy when I went. I thought that was an indicator that it was a good wash. WRONG. I opted for the Diamond full service which is the following: Full wash inside and out, full vacuum, windows washed inside and out, underbody wash, rust protectant, tires washed and dressed, and carnuba wax... Sounds like a pretty extensive cleaning... so much so I asked how long it would take. I was told, "roughly 30 minutes." So they do wash by hand, twice. But it still goes through the machine. Fine. As far as the underbody wash and such... it's just a stream of water shot under the car, it's nothing spectacular. Here is my gripe... it took them 15 mins from start to finish. Car came out clean... but fell way short of what was being expected. A lot of spots were missed, car didn't come out dry, windows were not clean, and the vacuum was pretty much not done. The hose got thrown in the car and taken right back out. When I was called upon to grab the car... I was confused. 15 mins went by and the car was done? I asked the guy, "I got the Diamond, it supposed to be waxed." Their way to wax it... when you see your car go through the wash area and then see the lights light up and the 3 different colors of foam get shot onto your car... that's their idea of "carnuba wax" that's just straight up false advertising or at the very least a play on words. The regular car wash gets the same foam shot onto their car. EVERY CAR GETS THE SAME THING. $40.00 for this. I could have spent $10 and got the same wash. Place is a straight up cheat, just in daylight. Money comes in, junk comes out. First time was the last time. read more

Terrible. They left a dirty towel in my car. My carpet was still dirty and my mats were still dirty. I was told it's and extra $2 to clean your mats. Really?! Never heard such rubbish. I just picked up my car my this car wash. When I initially made the appointment, two weeks ago, I was quoted, twice I may add, $175.00 plus tax and it would only take 2-3 hours. When I dropped it off this morning at 8am, I asked again how long it would take. Again, the response was 2-3 hours. I went home and wait three hours before calling to check the status of my car. When I called at 11am, Tony answered the phone and had said to me that it wouldn't be ready until 5pm today. He heard I was livid over the phone about the added time and he took off the the price for the car wash. Fine. I called at approximately 5pm to get another status and they said, "Oh we were just about to call you". I didn't believe that but ok but they said I could come get the car. I get there and it was in the bay with people still around it . I went to pay and they told it was $294 and change. I had the strange feeling that the reason why my car was still in the bay was because they knew they screwed up and the only way to get me to pay was to hold my car hostage. They deducted some money of but not enough to come even close to being $175.00. I will never visit this establishment again, and I hope you won't either. Excellent car wash I went through with two of my cars this weekend. First car I had a hand wash done second car I received the free full service wash after the oil change. They are super friendly people. See Richie when you pull up and he takes the time to explain all their offerings. Then I watched the owner inspect the cars at the end where they use air to get the water out of all the places the towels don't get. First time I didn't have water blowing on my car when I drove away from a car wash. Go check them out. I wish them lots of luck I will be back soon. read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever had! I purchased an oil change and a car wash. They were fast with the oil change and it was nice that two employees made sure I understood the type of synthetic oil I needed would cost 50, this way I had no surprise at the register. One mechanic must also be an actor as he showed me the AC air filter and said this seriously needs to be changed. I examined the AC filter and did not think it was too dirty. I also explained my car is only 6 months old so I said no to the filter change. Then they mechanic laid it on thick saying he really recommended a change and acted like he was grossed out by touching it. How ridiculous! Edmunds.com recommends a AC filter change every one to two years. So I am wise to this scam and just had to repeat myself three times and say no thank you. I would be happy if he had just accepted the first time I said no thanks. Then the car wash was done. It took a very long time. Then I noticed they did not even look at the trunk of the car. I have a plastic truck cover because I live at the beach and sand is everywhere. Simply remove the plastic floor mat, shake it out and the sand rolls off. But they did not do that. I simply believe they did not open the trunk or even look behind the back seat or inside the truck window to see the sand. It's like they ignored 20% of the car during the cleaning. Then I looked at the front seat and it was just a poor service. I spent 10 minutes cleaning the car just to get it right. I am just upset I had to clean my car after I just paid to have it cleaned. The cashier tried to say they don't touch the side view mirror as every car in the drive trough had the mirrors folded upward.
