I was unknowingly charged for two monthly memberships for over a year, despite only having one vehicle. In January 2025, I went in person to switch my membership to my new car and was told everything was set. I later discovered I was being billed twice every month ($24.51 and $19.19). When I returned to request a refund, the staff had to call the owner who said they would only refund six months of overcharges. They also refused to provide any receipts or written confirmation of cancellations. After I left, I only received a refund for one month, not the six months promised. I've been a loyal, respectful customer and always tip. This was handled poorly and unprofessionally. Extremely Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountability I had a very upsetting experience at this car wash. A broken antenna--belonging to another vehicle--was lodged in the drying apparatus. That antenna spun and scratched the entire passenger side of my car. I noticed the damage immediately, took photos (including of the antenna), and reported it right away. At first, the staff appeared to accept responsibility and instructed me to get an estimate for the repair. I followed their instructions, got a quote, and returned within the hour. But once they saw the cost, the story changed. Suddenly, I was told they'd need to go through their insurance--and that I'd have to get a second estimate. To make matters worse, they refused to provide their insurance information or take further responsibility, despite acknowledging the damage. Here's what's most frustrating: 1. I'm a full-time student--I came here expecting a quick 5-minute car wash and left with $1,500 in damage caused by their equipment. 2. I followed their instructions exactly and provided one estimate as asked. 3. I'm a long-time customer with a full-service unlimited wash plan. Is this really how you treat loyal customers? 4. Despite the damage being obvious and well-documented, I was forced to spend time filing a police report, chasing down estimates, and dealing with a complete lack of resolution. Just spent $16 to still have bird crap all over my car. Wish you could tip after seeing the finished product. Other places that is the case AND you can get the whole car done inside and out with people drying it off at the end for the same price minus the bird crap. Completely automated wash: drive up to the kiosk and pay, then wave to the grumpy dude sitting in the chair and drive into the car wash. You don't have to get out of the car. Simple and not too expensive. i paid $13 for the second level from the cheapest and got a free token for the vacuum. read more

Sept 2022, love the fact that it is contactless interaction when paying the car wash. Everything is run by machines, and noticed lots of Car Wash are doing this now. Paid $14 for a wash that included tire shine. Only thing during the week I guess no one is available to dry the car, so I did it myself and saved $1 tip. This is not the first time I had this problem my account was charged $31.98 on October 4th 2024 for the month. (Rain tunnel ) tried to recharge my account again on the 23rd and when (Rain tunnel ) couldn't my account was canceled my next payment is not do until November 4th 2024 so now I been going elsewhere to wash my car because I'm not going to pay them (Rain tunnel ) to do a service that I already paid for, I feel like since (Rain tunnel ) violated the agreement that (Rain tunnel ) should give me a full refund for the month of October because (Rain tunnel ) was dead wrong I spoke to them once before about charging me twice in the same month because it happen before and I had a check that bounced, I'm on a fixed income and (Rain tunnel ) apologize and said I will get a free month for my inconvenience and that never happen that free month (Rain tunnel ) charge me for the month that was supposed to been free again and I did not say nothing, I never said anything about it they (Rain tunnel) went right on and charge me for the month that I was told would be free now here we are going for the 2nd time going through the same thing again, being an Uber driver I like to wash my car everyday to keep it looking good which is why I got on the monthly plan I talked with the manager at (Rain tunnel) He called the accounting department and they act like they cannot get this straightened out so since they have a problem reactivating my account I just want my refund and I'll take my business elsewhere I don't even want to go through this anymore read more

Got a 50.00 gift card. Went to get car wash and left with no windshield wipers. The attendant went to look for them and came back with one broken. They did not offer any assistance. So then I went across the street to pay 30.00 out of my pocket to get new blades. I told them of my experience of the blades and they said allot of people come to them with issues from the car wash.
