This place is awesome. Lots of parking outside and what a treat coming here 4/20 weekend as they had great deals, free candy and water for us stoners. They have a wide variety of things to choose from and they are much cheaper than NY prices! The employees were great and they even had a spin wheel for a discount for the holiday. I got a $7 vape cart both times I visited and spun the wheel. I got plenty of pre-roll add ons and my disposable vape works wonders. My five stars are strictly based on my interaction with Hollywood. That dude can sell you anything out of that dispensary he has charisma and mad pizzazz, but not in a fancy way. His knowledge of the products is borderline cocky but you can't even be mad because he knows all the things. So I got the ocean breeze pre-rolls of course recommendation of this guy, bomb.com. I also got a half ounce of black truffle that definitely was not a mistake. I usually never pick up a bunch of the same blood because I get tired quickly, but this is not the case here. Hollywood definitely deserves a race. Whoever his manager definitely knew what he was doing in the hiring process because I would definitely come back just on this vibe. So, Hollywood, if you read this shout out to you, you have excellent customer service, and that should be acknowledged. read more

I'll never come back here again. Terrible service. I am in the food industry so I have a lot of single dollar bills that I save up for dispensary purchases. I brought about $80 single bills, pre counted and sorted for the cashier. But this curly hair cashier gave me a super hard time about it, and even threw my change on the ground in the end. I'm so humiliated and angry. I'll never come back to this shop again. When I bring dollar bills to redi on route 9, they never gave me any trouble and were always nice about it. Ascend, you have the most terrible customer service I have ever seen, and if you allow customer to pay cash, you should accept cash. If you don't want people bringing any form of cash, let people know. Do not treat us customers like this. read more

I didn't answer, 2 minutes later I call ascend and the Gm tells me that I missed the driver and that's how they do business and haven't had any complaints. He told me the driver said he texted me which he never did. Anyway night ruined and I never got my weed for the night. Horrible Gm and the driver is a liar. I started going to this dispensary when I noticed that they carried some brands & strains I really love. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have free delivery (although I give them a tip). Moreover, there's no minimum dollar amount for delivery. Nice! They have some of the best products I've encountered and some are at unbeatable prices. I haven't come across dispensaries that are as cost conscious. The staff are always friendly, warm, and helpful. Same for the delivery staff. The more I do business at Ascend, the more I like them! The most underwhelming experience... 2 stars because it was quick and the dude at the front door was super nice. This is all new to me and I had some questions about what I was looking for hoping for a few suggestions. I was met with a worker who could only tell me they "weren't sure because I smoke blunts all day every day" but "this edible flavor is good". I politely asked a little more about what could one expect from taking one or two but received a simple "I don't know". So.. I will be trying the product and hoping this worker lead me to a good choice but I was honestly expecting more experience/education and better service. read more

I have been here four times. Loved my first visit. Great people at the door, felt welcomed and at home. I stepped in and it was gorgeous on the inside. Everything on display is accessible and not locked up. Good sense of trust....but the last two times have made me rethink and feel better off getting my tree on the corner rather here. Last time these two woman that looked like sisters were rude to staff and myself while checking me in. I came back today and the kid at the desk barely spoke up, ordered me the wrong items and just didnt make me feel welcome. As i waited for my order a nice woman asked how everything was which was nice but then i get my order. It wasnt the amount i wanted...nor the strain. The dude just got another strain because they ran out of what i ordered. Im sorry but you need to notify your guest if you are giving them something else Jeremiah. read more
