However, they couldn't exchange it( hardly used) or give me a refund. All over for a measly $36.00 piece of junk, vape pen. They sell an inferior vape pen ( why would they have such a product that at some point, more than likely won't work, properly. I had tried to plea my case( long time customer.) Nope. 2 weeks to return a knowingly bad product. Again, I am fighting for a new vape. It s only $36 ( which actually is a lot of money for me these days, sadly). Of course, no owner was there on site to try and retain a customer. I told them they were going to lose a long time customer. And of course, they cared about as much as anyone working some retail job. All over $36 ( or around that price). That speaks volumes. Mark my words: They will be gone in a few years. All over a cheap vape pen. Pathetic.

Super easy process, very professional, unbelievably clean and modern facilities as well. My budtender was incredibly attentive and assisted me with using the touchscreen ordering system and providing recommendations on what products to buy. He was so knowledgeable! All the staff seemed very open and friendly. It took about five minutes for me to get the products I chose to purchase.
