At the one year point, without explanation, the new management sent me a very long, very one -sided contract. This was the tipping point. When I found another provider, I provided them 30 days notice. Since I had prepaid 60 days they owed me one month of services in a refund. Despite several calls and emails, they completely have ghosted me and refused to pay. Had it not been for this final insult, I would have left quietly. It is shocking that someone's reputation is worth no more than the $300 they owed me.

While that's bad enough, the real issue for future travelers is the company's troubling lack of transparency. We were told the house was "sold." This isn't something that happens overnight. It leaves you with serious questions: - Did they know the property was on the market when they took our money and confirmed our booking? - Why did they fail to protect our confirmed reservation as a condition of the sale? - When we were left scrambling, why did they refuse to help cover the massive price difference for their other properties, or even make a small exception on a 5-night minimum to help us out? The entire experience felt less like an unfortunate situation and more like a calculated business decision where our family vacation was deemed acceptable collateral damage.My advice to other travelers: Before you book, ask them directly if your property is for sale and what happens if they cancel on you. Because a "confirmed" booking with this company might not mean what you think it does. If you are booking a trip that involves non-refundable flights, I would seriously reconsider.
