I'm nervous for my viusit today and have been suffering for a while now especially since I'm taking a new medication. For the past 7 years I've been in and out of dr offices and since we've relocated from Texas to Florida I have to have the best doctors that know what there doing and get me the right medications etc. I arrived 14 minutes late so ill have to wait a while before being called, but I will let you know how this visit with Dr. Chisolm went today. Like I said I arrived late today but I called and spoke with Ashley who confirmed with the doctor that it was fine to be a little late. My appontment was at 2:30pm I arrived at 2:47pm They were very understanding, professional & efficient. I was called to the back at 3:20 not to bad considering that I was late. I was called by Tracy who is a very nice nurse of Dr. Chisolm and we laughed a bit about my nervousness and i tend to raddle and laught when nervous so we laughed and talked sbout that to. Tracy weighed me, took my blood pressure and took down some info on me before leaving the room. But not before saying she was glad to have met me and for me to have a great day that the dr would be coming in soon. Now I'm just waiting for the dr. Still a bit nervous and all the literature they have around dont help lol. Guess what! While you wait.. theres a computer/tablet stand that has educational type videos you can watch. Omg!!! Dr. Chisholm is fantastic i was cpmfortable right away with her and she has a great bedside manner that make you feel like your talking to your bestfriend. I have a better understanding of my issues and will be scheduling a proceedure today probably for next month. Dr. Moore reffered me tp the perfect doctor. Thank you Dr. Chisholm

They had not told us anything about this prior, and the representative told me she made a mistake but scheduled the appointment two days later with a different doctor. Because of this, we went to an urgent care and spent several hours getting a rapid COVID test to be able to make the procedure. We then called the next day to send test results, and they told us we did not have an appointment. The original doctor didn't want another MD to do the test but they didn't bother to tell us. We wasted an entire day getting the test. DO NOT go to this clinic.

After going to the pharmacist in person Brandon, the pharmacist at Publix on monument informed me he was not comfortable giving advice on my medications because a controlled substance is involved. 4 times I called the clay primary care office and 4 times I never got an answer to my question or even a call back. My dentist in Claremont refused to move forward with my oral surgery which required full sedation until my Doctor gave the go ahead to combine all my medications with the one he wanted to administer. Which resulted in 2 rescheduled oral surgeries because an answer was never provided to the dentists office. Each cancelled procedure I was billed $500 for a missed specialist appointment, totaling $1000 in fees billed because I never obtained an answer from my Doctor at Clay primary care. Finally the fifth time I called I was able to speak to the office manager. I explained the situation, he hung up and called me back within 10 minutes. Thankfully my dentist did not just move forward because there was a severe interaction between two of the medications and I could have died. A few days later I was called by a young girl named Jazmine. I was told I had a balance due & considering what happened with my dentist I did not feel comfortable paying that and requested to speak to the manager. I was not only declined access to the manager but I was told it was MY FAULT that clay primary never answered my medical question & it's my fault my dentist wouldn't do the surgery without my Doctors approval. She argued back and forth with me as if she owned the practice. All while I'm requesting to speak to the manager. I have now called 4 separate times to speak with the office manager. All 4 times he is magically in a meeting, all 4 times I left a call back number and all 4 times I am still waiting on a call. The little desk clerks gatekeeper the manager and behave very petty and unprofessional. All calls have been recorded and it has all been brought to the attention of the Better business bureau, the healthcare complaint portal and AHCA. Jazmine is the absolute worst! I actually wrote a review already and had to delete the review and rewrite it because Clay primary has the patients they are actually nice to spamming 5 star reviews, all in a matter of 2 days. Which doesn't follow their review pattern at all. Terrible customer service and terrible healthcare

From the moment Dr.AJ Torres stepped into the room I felt like an inconvenience. His lack of compassion and patience made me regret even coming in. Dr.Torres made sure to scold me about the proper process when a patient has just been discharged from the hospital and makes an appointment with their primary. It's seems as if he was having a bad day, everyone has bad days but today he was a bad doctor. Pat and Lewis in the front office know and do an outstanding job. There are some new Doctors there. I saw a Dr. Craig Dolven D.O. for the first time. He was personable, professional, and didn't rush through the exam/discussions. I highly recommend him. They draw blood in their lab, so you don't have to go somewhere else to do that. That's a big time saver. They also called me to follow up on a couple of issues. The whole experience was as pleasant as going to the doctor can be. I highly recommend them. TK

This was a horrible experience. As soon as I walked in the staff was arguing in front of me about how to process my insurance. After I explained that I have another primary care physician the doctor proceeded to look for other ways to diagnose other things that I didn't need or want. I was so annoyed after listening to him try to nickel and dime any possibilities I was annoyed and left the office during the examination. I then received an addition bill of $116. I do not recommend this physician at all.

The pharmacy called me saying the Dr office called to verify and when the nurse practitioner found out that it was true she DISCHARGED me.
