They give actual advice to help better the situation. #3 - DOCTOR( not Mrs as someone rudely referred to a woman with a very difficult degree to get) Mora is very straight forward. She doesn't exaggerate, doesn't push opinions on you. She very much does a great job in my experience. #4 - I give 4 stars bc it seems difficult with insurance here. If it's not set up before hand for a newborn, you pay $250 out of pocket and then request your insurance to pay you back instead of paying a normal deductible and insurance paying the pediatrician back. The staff has always been very respectful and understanding even when I was getting frustrated with insurance they still gave me grace.

Most of the employess had attitude and it felt as it were a bother for us to be bringing our daughter in for services. This past month we werre placed with a child from foster care and the office denied us her 6 month visit as the child's medicaid has not been processed yet. I have all the forms that state the child is a foster child and she was placed with our family but the state is responsible for her. I argued for 2 days with the office staff to reach out to the caseworker, the caseworker advbised that he did not get a call when Middleburg pediatrics claimed to have called him. I then requested to speak to Dr. Mora if able to as the office staff was degrading towards me. They said I am nota patient and therefore Dr. More will NOT be calling me. I responded matter of factly that I am a patient of theirs as my bio-daughter had recently had her visit with their office. This office is 10 minutes from our home but it appears we will have to continue driving to Mandarin for doctor appointments due to the respect. I have asked for a callback from the office manager Noel and hope to hear from her today. MAKE THE DRIVE TO YOUR NORMAL DRS.....DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY HERE

She is rude and a know it all. Last time I checked, you go to a Pediatrician to insure your child's health. Not for parental advice of any kind unless you as the parent have a question about something in particular! We have a 2 year old child. *She told us that we are 100% wrong for having her in a crib. She should have been in a normal bed at 18 months. (Asked her nothing about this and she will stay in her crib till we as her parents see fit) *she said we are wrong for her still having a pacifier when sleeping because WE are ruining her teeth (again did not ask for her input these are things she brought up on her own) *We said she OCCASIONALLY has juice. (Again she brought this up her self) She replied that we need to stop that because we will rot her teeth. Our child has perfectly strong white teeth that she brushes every single day. (She will continue to have juice when we see fit) Lastly.... If you want to get the covid vaccine, that is your right/choice.... just as It is our right/choice not to get it. She pretty much said that if we cared about our child's safety we needed to get the vaccine. Terrible experience. I called the office 5 total times to ask an important life or death medical…read morequestion. The first time I was told to call the pharmacist. After going to the pharmacist in person Brandon, the pharmacist at Publix on monument informed me he was not comfortable giving advice on my medications because a controlled substance is involved. 4 times I called the clay primary care office and 4 times I never got an answer to my question or even a call back. My dentist in Claremont refused to move forward with my oral surgery which required full sedation until my Doctor gave the go ahead to combine all my medications with the one he wanted to administer. Which resulted in 2 rescheduled oral surgeries because an answer was never provided to the dentists office. Each cancelled procedure I was billed $500 for a missed specialist appointment, totaling $1000 in fees billed because I never obtained an answer from my Doctor at Clay primary care. Finally the fifth time I called I was able to speak to the office manager. I explained the situation, he hung up and called me back within 10 minutes. Thankfully my dentist did not just move forward because there was a severe interaction between two of the medications and I could have died. A few days later I was called by a young girl named Jazmine. I was told I had a balance due & considering what happened with my dentist I did not feel comfortable paying that and requested to speak to the manager. I was not only declined access to the manager but I was told it was MY FAULT that clay primary never answered my medical question & it's my fault my dentist wouldn't do the surgery without my Doctors approval. She argued back and forth with me as if she owned the practice. All while I'm requesting to speak to the manager. I have now called 4 separate times to speak with the office manager. All 4 times he is magically in a meeting, all 4 times I left a call back number and all 4 times I am still waiting on a call. The little desk clerks gatekeeper the manager and behave very petty and unprofessional. All calls have been recorded and it has all been brought to the attention of the Better business bureau, the healthcare complaint portal and AHCA. Jazmine is the absolute worst! I actually wrote a review already and had to delete the review and rewrite it because Clay primary has the patients they are actually nice to spamming 5 star reviews, all in a matter of 2 days. Which doesn't follow their review pattern at all. Terrible customer service and terrible healthcare

I myself have been 6 days without my thyroid medication because the pharmacy is not getting a response from the doctor. I went today to a check up for my refills and was never even examined or checked. what the hell do you pay an office visit for never did anything. I will be looking for a new doctor and will never go back.
