So I went there 11/05/2025. I went for a specific Test to run. Admitted myself with no Ambulance. I was told by the Doctor himself that they ran multiple tests and said they included my Specific Test as a courtesy. I went to the app multiple times and saw that test was not even mentioned. Called the Facility and they say they did not Run the Test. A month goes by and I get my Billing Statement. Over $2,000! For Lying to me and Falsely saying you did the Test! read more

Appalled by the behavior of this hospital. as we were leaving an elderly woman was on the ground outside. Multiple patients had gone in to get help & were told someone was coming. In a place that is supposed care, they took over 10 minutes. Disgusting! read more

If you are a combat veteran or a loved one that is, DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO ST. JOHNS OWASSO!!!! My husband is a retired 29 year combat vet that has a TBI from being blown up. He suffers from seizures. The other night after our daughter's wedding, he started to seize. I rushed him to St. Johns Owasso and they let him seize for over an hour and refused to give him anything. His blood pressure went to 179/96 (its been much higher) and still didn't do anything. I begged them to give him something and the staff ignored me. I will be reaching out to all St. John's administrators to let them know they HAVE to do better. If I do not get an apology, I will be reaching out to the news stations. Husband went in needing stitches. It was a good experience overall. Wait time was quicker than expected. The lady at the front desk was helpful getting us the number to call with our insurance info. The people caring for my husband's hand were very professional and nice, even when he started cussing once the numbing solution kicked in. He is still really sorry about that. I've had an appointment booked for over a month. I called on my own and confirmed 2 mornings before the scheduled appointment. I was called back the same afternoon to say I was double booked and they wouldn't see me for another 6 months. Absolutely zero remorse and poor customer service. read more

Went into my appointment today and the woman in the front desk was unfriendly. After I was seen by the doctor I came back to the front desk to see if I was good to go. The same white woman was talking to another worker. She then noticed me and as she turned to face me she rolled her eyes and made a face. she was rude and unfriendly. read more

Tonight got to be the worst experience and the reason why I try to stay clear of hospital or the ER room. I struggle and try my very best to admit myself to the ER today and I was put back in a freezing room for 2+ hours with no nurse or doctor to attend to. I even got the cold shoulder when I ask for a blanet and ask how long before someone can help me with my problem ? If Dr. Mathew D Tucker night ER crew or himself where so busy why didn't the guy who took me to my room state or tell me that they're busy tonight so it might be awhile but no I was just informed and was told that a nurse remember me from 3 weeks ago. At first my thought was wow you got great memories and went and correct them that it was over about a month ago when I came in for a knee injury. Didn't make anything of it when it finally click after a long waiting period. These guys think I need drugs or something when I 1st stated that I want help and I ran out of solutions so I came for help but it seem like this other nurses remark stating I only came in for some prescription medications. Come on idiot ya gave me 800mg of Tylenol for my knee injury and gout medications. I can buy 500mg and take 2 pills to make it a 1000mg Tylenol. IDON'T NEED THAT I NEED A STERIOD SHOT OR SOME XRAY TO TO SEE WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME. My question is why would these people in the health feild when their goal aren't to help their patient 1st. When I walk out mad everyone was by their desk and having a pow wow. If ya were so busy checking on other patients why is everyone sitting around ??? I will never ever go back here. My stupidity when the 1st time I went and was push to the hall way and was told by a nurse to cover up because I was exposed. When really I was moved outside for another patient and no-one gave me anything to cover up. I visited the ER today with severe back pain and high blood pressure due to the pain. I was immediately taken back to a room and attended to by the fabulous nursing staff of Kari, Alyssa and a couple of others who's name's I didn't catch. Dr. Nunley saw me right away and was very thorough and kind. I received pain medication right away to make me feel better. The Radiology people were so kind and made me feel very relaxed because I'm a claustrophobic person! Not one employee was unkind or acted like they were bothered as has been my experience in other medical settings. Thank you St. John! read more

On Jan 19, I had a 4pm appt with Dr Long on 86th st in owasso Ok. I showed up to only find out the nurse cancelled my appt bc I was there 1-18-2021 (one year and one day prior) and she thought I had just been there. Obviously, a new year confusion. They allowed my appt and welcomed me to an exam room. I was told it would be 4:45 before the Dr came in. I was fine with this. 5pm the nurse asks if I want some water and she is sorry but she was leaving for the day. I declined. I continued to entertain myself shopping vacations but could hear Dr long talking in the next room. Good grief it sounded like she had all freaking day-squawking hen! I tuned it out and continued consuming myself on the internet. At 6pm, I finally caught onto the quietness of the office as my door was shut. THEY LEFT ME. I walked around the whole office. Labs, found the Dr offices (mind you this is not secure at all lol) 3 nurse stations. Nobody in sight. Returned to my room thinking no way this is happening with a moment of panic. . Went to checkout and it is DARK! Went back to my room got my purse and hauled out of there!!!! I assume the doors let you out but not in. Next day, I wait for a call as I left my check in sheet with a note- I think you left me!!! It's 6pm. Surely I would get a call? NOTHING. I had to call in. I agreed to a telemeeting Friday at 5:30. The front office lady offered no apology and I didn't cause an issue as it was almost comical.... WELL ITS 6:25pm friday and NO CALL FROM DR LONG OWASSO, OK on 86th st. I AM POSITIVE DR LONG IS A CLUELESS that her employees really suck. Either way, someone is overpaid!! How hard is it to follow a computer schedule? What nurse wouldn't consult her that they left a freaking client in the clinic after hours? Let me add, if I was left in a closed exam room NO ONE IS CLEANING AFTER PATIENTS... chew on that a moment. Everyone at the Owasso location are usually really nice. Tonight a male, white older doctor questioned if it was necessary to bring my 12 year old daughter to the ER. My daughter was concerned about something she never seen before. She was visiting a family member and looked up her symptoms online. She is freaking 12 years old and the Internet is not a dang doctor. It does not matter what a website suggested her condition "might" be. It's Saturday night and we would have to wait until Monday just to "schedule" an appointment with her primary care office. I'm not interested in getting an opinion from someone that obviously is too busy. Start with hiring more staff. Then send the doctor to sensitivity training. He needs to work on his bed side matter. read more

The on call doctor for the er was very rude. He told my mother who just had back surgery done that she was always gonna be in pain and that she should just get over it and move on. She has a 6" incision on her back that hurts really bad and "she should just get over it". I can guarantee I will not be taking my mother back there ever again. Thankfully the nurses were very nice. As far as care they are ok I have a bill I have been making payments on for the last 2 times I made my payment they are not giving me credit . I do not know where it is going to, I have called and called and talk to that 2900 number and they give me the run around saying the computer has a mind of its own. I faxed proof in showing that they took my 145.00 payments however they cannot tell me why its not giving me credit on my bill. So now they are sending me a letter tell me they will have to turn me in to the credit department. I advise try not to have a outstanding bill I do not know if its someone on the inside giving someone else my payments, I am not making anymore payments to them until this is cleared up. Very pleased with the quick admit and treatment from doctors & nurses. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. The doctor and nurses were excellent. Even the lady who cleaned our room brought my wife coffee each morning. We will not hesitate to go back anytime we need to do that. Thankful to have a good hospital in Owasso. read more

Went for testing. Very efficient. Friendly staff. Got in and out quickly, results sent to my physician that day.

Came in to the hospital with my buddy to get her 5 stitches out and we've been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours while new people have been helped way before us. No updates on estimated time and we've asked multiple times. Would not recommend coming here for simple tasks unless you wanna waste a whole day. read more

This week, I was released from St. Francis after being hospitalized with a bowel blockage. I'd gone to the ER at St. John's Owasso with the same symptoms a little while ago, but instead of actually examining me or listening to me, they told me that the only things wrong with me were that I was fat and having a panic attack. The only thing they did was test my urine for a UTI, even though I told them that I've had UTI's before and I knew that's not what was wrong. I went home in tears and in pain. I only went to St. John's instead of St. Francis because I'd moved from Jenks to Collinsville. I will never go to St. Johns in Owasso again. I'd rather drive all the way into Tulsa and be treated properly and with respect. read more
