The fruit cup was a great part of my breakfast, no canned fruits.

I had my double mastectomy on October 26th and had a short stay in the hospital. The staff in the area I was in for the surgery(Natalie building OR) and the area I was placed for my stay were absolutely fabulous. Despite being so tightly wound and emotional, they took the time to make the experience pleasant for me and my husband both, as he stayed with me until I was discharged that Friday. We both appreciated how we were treated, with a caring hand. Even though we had a small trip to the ER that Saturday for a drain bulb issue, the care I received was a great experience in the ER as well. Thank you, St Francis, for all your staff and what they do, day in and day out.

Haven't been called bac in 3hours. Stomach & head in pain. Cant even move to ask for more.

DO NOT COME HERE. u will die. you could be throwin & shittin blood. 2 fucced up kidneys & they won't help u. they will have u sit in waiting room for 16 hours & counting .. then u can't even leave because they go IV's in you to waste your time & don't refill until 2-3hours.. & still currently counting ... only way you'll prolly get help is if u come with a ambulance

I literally haven't been in this hospital since my daughter was borne here in Nov 2013. It's had some nice upgrades for sure and seems easier to navigate than it did many moons ago. I'm here visiting a grandfather that isn't doing so well but the staff are super friendly and the rooms are nice and cool

I want to compliment RN Issac and KiKi, what ever she is. This was HB 8, corridor I believe. Now, a P.A. is over an RN. Issac explained to me that it varies state to state and even hospital to hospital. they were busy as usual and parked my emergency cart against the wall in HB 8. For the time I was there I saw and heard a lot. I was a bloody mess but no one seemed to care. no blankets offered until Kiki came along and that was nearly dismissal time. But besides all that I want to give St John a massage. Cologne. When I was there shortly ago an ER nurse walked me to the bathroom. I nearly gagged she smelled so offensive, I wondered how her coworkers could take it. like a realllly strong deodorant is all I can say. Here in HB there a hefty "guard" who'd stroll through wafting whatever he was wearing. sick/ wounded people should not be subjected to these conditions. It's a medical facility, not a NY cab, no offense, not all cabbies.

Our family appreciated the way they kept her as comfortable as possible. And plenty of us travelled from out of state to see her so we were glad to have extended visits without being rushed out after a certain period. That time was precious. Thank you OSU Medical Center.

My friend's 89 year old father went to St. Johns emergency room due to abdominal pains. After 5…read morehours, they said that he had a kidney stone, and sent him home with pain killers. They told him that he would pass the stone. The next day he was worse than ever. His physician told us to take him back to the emergency room. We called in advance, and the wait was over 6 hours. I called OSU hospital, and they said that the wait was 1-1/2 hours, but if he was really bad, they would put him in the front of the line. So we took him to OSU...after tests, they determined that he had kidney infections! The hospital was full, so they made a very comfortable room in the emergency room. His canal between his kidneys and bladder were narrowed, so they had to perform an emergency surgery to put in a stent. After two days, he's like a new man. OSU saved his life. In Tulsa, the default hospitals are St. Francis (where my mother worked for years) and St. Johns. I'm sold on OSU.

I go ONLY when in extreme situations, where there is no possible way to go somewhere else. They have misdiagnosed and mismanaged my son-in-laws diabetes. A sister of mine had life threatening illnesses and she was not allowed to speak to a doctor. When she addressed her concerns about a certain medication (for her water retention) that they were not giving her, she was told for over 24 hours, by the same nurse, that she didn't have time to ask the doctor yet. Also, this woman was handed medication in a cup and told to wait an hour before she takes it. She was also told to do her own anal catheter and handed KY jelly and the catheter. These are just a few examples of the extreme lack of care and compassion, plus lack of medical integrity that runs rampant through this place. I have also been personally mistreated as well as my mentally handicapped daughter (who was also misdiagnosed and ended up hospitalized elsewhere). This is by far the worst excuse of a hospital I have ever come across and I have a daughter who had so many medical issues, she had 12 doctors before she was a year old. I have been to my far share of medical facilities and never felt compelled to write a negative review.
