Her office and staff have always been smooth efficient and straight to the point. Just how I like my appointments. The wait time is little to none. The quality of products and the availability of the newest technological advanced hearing aids to me is "WAKANDALIKE" as far as being ahead of the game and always looking for something new. I was used to analog hearing aids and was shown a whole new game breaker when she introduced me to the phonak chili plus aids. Sweet and caring and she also USES AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE. If you're looking for an audiologist look no more because elsewhere would be sub par.

I would love to give DC Audiology a 5 star review. Unfortunately, I can't…read more Do not go to DC Audiology if you expect a reasonable standard of care when handling billing and insurance. I have had multiple interactions with their staff regarding a simple insurance claim, but DC Audiology cannot or will not provide my insurance provider with proof that they are in network, as they claim. DC Audiology lists United Healthcare as in network on their website, and they assure you that they are in network when asked. In 5 months and through hours of calls with DC Audiology and with United Healthcare, I have tried to get them to provide the information that would clear this up, but they have not managed to deal with the issue. Krystyna Graham did a great job with my exam and with the choice and fit of my new hearing aids. I truly wish I could provide a better rating for her practice.

The process has not yet been completed but I feel very comfortable in my communication with her and recommend her to anyone that has any questions regarding their hearing issues. Hearing issues in particular require a good deal of patience - you will find that here.

In June I visited Potomac Audiology in hopes that hearing aids would correct my problem…read moreunderstanding what people are saying, particularly people with thick accents and when trying to converse in Spanish. Dr. Gail Linn performed a very thorough hearing test and fitted me with Phonak hearing aids. She thoroughly explained the test results and said that my actual hearing loss was fairly minimal. I loved the Phonak technology and found that they were comfortable and discreet to wear. I got some benefit from hearing higher pitched sounds but found they were not much help in understanding what people were saying. Over the next six weeks I saw Dr. Linn several times and she made adjustments to try to improve their usefulness. My insurance company covers the full cost of the hearing aids but I was concerned that I might purchase them and then not use them very much. Dr. Linn agreed and advised me to wait. She felt I was getting insufficient benefit to waste my health care dollars on them at this time. Given my age (71) she felt I might get more benefit from them in a few years if my hearing deficit continues to worsen. I felt she gave me excellent advice and was very comfortable with this decision. Dr. Linn was not only very competent and experienced but also very honest and ethical. She could have gone ahead and sold me the hearing aids but instead had my best interests at heart. She is, without a doubt, one of the best medical advisors I have seen. She always communicated very clearly with me and I felt that she gave me the best possible assessment and advice. I recommend her very highly and should I have continued hearing loss in the future, will definitely return to Potomac Audiology to see her.
