In my 58 years, I…read morehave NEVER in my life dealt with a credit union like this...I had purchased an RV from a local business and unfortunately Intrepid in Helena, MT was who they had finance it...everything was fine at first with having the months of payment coupons, but when it came time to order them, it was a nightmare. It took months to get them last year after making several calls, and this year I had called months in advance for them to generate future payment coupons, and twice they sent me the ones that I already had. Finally, on the morning of March 24, 2025, I called and spoke with an arrogant supervisor at their call center. Trying to explain the situation to was impossible to this know-it-all! For some bizarre reason they have to have a 3rd party from Texas generate the payment coupons and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and they have no way of tracking the status of the payment coupons that take 3 weeks for them to mail. I have one payment coupon left. After getting off the phone with the condescending supervisor I went to my local credit union and refinanced my trailer. I really didn't appreciate that rude POS talking down to me, he can kiss my @**! He was the straw that broke the camel's back. This is a perfect example of why everyone shouldn't receive a participation trophy...this poor excuse of a supervisor needs to revisit his customer service class! For the love of all that is holy, NEVER deal with Intrepid, you'll be sorry! Disgusted customer...

The lady we were working with made it impossible. More documentation was needed, then provided by both myself and my attorney. After a couple days I called in. No answer. Left a message. A week later called back, another gal answers takes my message. Another 4 days go by so I call again. No answer. Got fed up, went to a different title company and they had it done in a week. If you are looking for title insurance, do not use First Montana title company! They cost me my time, a lot of it and about $1000 in attorney fees to produce documents. Go somewhere else!!
