That would have been nice to have received a phone call but this just goes down as issue #1 with this company. When we were able to pick up all the items they were all bubble wrapped and plastic wrapped so we could not see them until we got home. We unwrapped everything and almost every light and the mailbox looked white along the edges. We were told to bring everything back. They said they would expedite and have everything completed in 2 days. We picked everything up and the paint and powder coat looked good. Mailbox was fine BUT the area where the screws go in for the lights were damaged. My husband had a conversation with one of the employees and he said they could not fix them. We asked to speak to the owner. That conversation was a total waste of time. He refused to take ownership of the problem. He refused to return any of our money. So he did the powder coating correctly the 2nd time around but damaged the goods. If you value your product DON'T TAKE IT TO PRECISION POWDER COATING! Well the story gets worse. Today the side address sign fell off and the screws had been broken off and they used double sided tape to try and fix it. Of course this fell off and is scratched up from hitting the concrete this afternoon. Take ownership! Your company is not professional and you are pathetic to work with.

Adam, the "Artisan" that did the work for our stair remodel was just outstanding. He laser measured the existing stair heights to ensure that each was step was the same and shimmed each step to made sure that there was no squeaking sound-rock solid treads!. The fit and finish of all the joints on the rails and balusters was such that you wouldn't be able to fit a straight edge razor blade between them. Adam is one of those hard to find old school craftsmen that takes pride in a job well done. I could go on and on and shower these guys with more bravos but everyone gets the idea. I loved the posts but knew it was impractical to keep the bed due its size so imagine how happy I was to hear about Monticello Antiques. Irene and Dave were able to enlarge the bed so it can accommodate a queen mattress, which is what I wanted in the guest room. They worked with me to design the headboard so it would be taller and more updated than the original and Dave fixed the posts where additional carving was needed. It just turned out beautifully.
