We took outdoor lights and our mailbox to have it all powder coated. They were a week late on the time frame because they said there was an equipment issue. That would have been nice to have received a phone call but this just goes down as issue #1 with this company. When we were able to pick up all the items they were all bubble wrapped and plastic wrapped so we could not see them until we got home. We unwrapped everything and almost every light and the mailbox looked white along the edges. We were told to bring everything back. They said they would expedite and have everything completed in 2 days. We picked everything up and the paint and powder coat looked good. Mailbox was fine BUT the area where the screws go in for the lights were damaged. My husband had a conversation with one of the employees and he said they could not fix them. We asked to speak to the owner. That conversation was a total waste of time. He refused to take ownership of the problem. He refused to return any of our money. So he did the powder coating correctly the 2nd time around but damaged the goods. If you value your product DON'T TAKE IT TO PRECISION POWDER COATING! Well the story gets worse. Today the side address sign fell off and the screws had been broken off and they used double sided tape to try and fix it. Of course this fell off and is scratched up from hitting the concrete this afternoon. Take ownership! Your company is not professional and you are pathetic to work with. read more

Had a little bit of a issues with some wheels I had done, but charile made it right! Good people would recommend

Took an older set of V8 headers to be ceramic coated. The headers were in rough shape, rusty and dirty. The product I received back was amazing, they did an absolute perfect job coating the headers. We have been using Precision Powder Coating for a little over a year now. From posts, to light fixtures they always do an outstanding job.

I can't get them to return my calls or my emails to simply get a quote. Business must be extremely good for them considering I've been asking for a simple quote for a week. Wish I could give an assessment of their product but their customer service is such trash that we can't get to that point. Wish I could give half a star. read more

One of the worst places for customer service ever, we tried so hard to give them many chances to right the wrongs that were done only to be left more disappointed then the time before, we spent a crazy amount of money to have 1 of a kind drag bike pieces come out looking completely unimaginable, to his credit after the last time the owner did assure us from that point on there wouldn't be any more issues, well that was a lie, we dropped off pieces almost 3 weeks ago, only to get the run around for the last 2 weeks and THEN to be told it would be 2 more weeks because he took on a job that paid more,!!!! Customer service.... honestly is a joke, we pay crazy prices and ever crazier expedited prices to have our items done quickly and well with as much as we pay you would think we could get a clear answer as to why the run around, we will be going to another power coat place in the morning with our items that has assured us that our money will not be wasted. Please do yourself a favor and save your self the headache with this place it's not worth it read more
