BEWARE OF THIS STORE! My daughter fell in love with a dress at Ash & T's.Unfortunately, after we bought the dress and while we were shopping for all the accessories, she realized the dress was damaged.We went back to the store to ask the owner to make it right.She immediately told us she didn't even remember us coming in just a few hours before.We proceeded to further explain the problem with the dress and ask for a partial refund to help pay for the work our seamstress would have to do to fix it.The owner immediately told us that all the dress she was selling with this mesh material were tearing like this.So I questioned why she was still selling them.She stated that she didn't even know she had another dress like this.(We tried on two dresses with this material by the way.)So she told us she would order us a new dress that would probably do the same thing or refund our money and go home with no dress.My daughter loved this dress and it was too close to her prom to search for this particular dress,so I bit the bullet and kept the dress.But I've learned some lessons and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. First and foremost, PRAY FOR THIS OWNER.She swore on the lives of her "children and grandchildren(with her hand raised to the sky) that she was not taking advantage of me."As a business owner, you should never bring your family and their lives into a business transaction.Clearly, we were taken advantage of because she would have never had to "swear on the lives of her family" to try and appease me.Also, she would've remembered us from earlier that day if we truly mattered to her business and even if she didn't remember us, she should've never told us that.She also would've made every effort to satisfy us so that we would return again. Two, DO NOT SHOP ASH & T's FORMALS! The store name clearly states what will happen.You will have ASHes in your wallet for the amount of money they are going to burn you for and T, Trash to take home!Three, DO YOUR RESEARCH!Don't just check these Google reviews.Check Yelp. I haven't had much luck with dress shopping and felt a little defeated but something told me to make an appointment. I found an opening on Friday and went in with little expectations. Needless to say, I left with a wedding dress that fit me perfectly. Neely and another lady helped select some dresses for me to which I was open to trying various styles but also they respected my concern for alteration costs and budget.. Neely took great care of me. She's professional, kind, honest, and shared some neat tidbits about formalwear. The shop is size inclusive and carry a range of prices for your budget. My dress came with a protective carrying bag and sturdy wood hanger. They offer military discount for active duty and vets. Afternoon of March 11, 2026: After seeing the defects, I went back into the store to address the issue with my dress. The dress had a wire dangerously protruding through the bust area and a rip in the back where the dress ties and buttons together. I explained that the exposed wire was sharp enough that my young son could have cut his face on it, and that the dress was clearly damaged/defective. Anna (manager on duty) and the associate were initially very concerned and empathetic. They FaceTimed the store owner to inspect the dress and also spoke with the seamstress in the back. I explained that due to the short timeline before my event, my options needed to be either fixing the dress that day, issuing a refund, or I would have to dispute the charge with my credit card since the item was damaged. The seamstress was ultimately able to repair the dress while I was there, which I appreciate. However, the situation escalated when the store owner FaceTimed me directly. Instead of addressing the solutions I suggested, she became confrontational and accused me of being rude and even implied that I may have damaged the dress myself. This was surprising, especially since the staff acknowledged that the dress had been tried on many times (as it was sold off the rack) and could have had 80-100 people try it on. That alone is a reason why dresses should be inspected carefully before being sold. While the seamstress did fix the dress and I was required to sign a release when taking it, the interaction with the store owner was extremely unprofessional. Constructive feedback from customers should not be met with personal accusations. Morning of March 11 ,2026***Make sure to inspect your dress outside of the dimly lot fitting room with your phone camera! I wouldn't trust getting out and the girls ringing up the dress and then they try and pressure you to buy. I am trying it on again today, a week before a black tie wedding and the wire is dangerously sticking out of the bra lining. And the back is ripped. **** I was hoping to resell the dress but the danger of the bra wire sticking out is a huge no. Well I did end up buying a dress today but I regret it. Definitely bring a companion so they can compare to prices online after trying dresses on. I am typically someone who price checks while shopping but I decided not to do that today. I understand this is my wrongdoing but I should have called a friend or my husband. The dress I paid for is half the price online, actually a bit less than half so I really dropped the ball. I should have turned away when I saw all the posted papers on the front door: no taking pictures, no returns/exchanges/refunds, must be with an adult, there was more! The dress I bought was a Ladivine dress that can be found for 100-130$ online, but I paid $305 for it. I guess I paid for the girls commission? Unsure if the stylists get commission. The young girl, Neely, picked out a few dresses but I expected adults to be helping out picking out dresses not teenage girls. Her attitude was okay. There aren't too many formal dress shops around the area unlike where I grew up in NY, so I couldn't really shop around too much and too afraid to just order something online without trying it on. There are no hooks inside the dressing rooms so you have to hand them the dressed through the smallest gap of fabric, tented (not walled) fitting rooms. So each dress is getting dragged on the floor and bundled up? Also the girl thought it was rude that a bride would not like the flashiness of one dress that had big bows on the arms! The bride should be center of attention and her bridal party should stand out more rather than a guest. The wedding is black tie so I felt like I had to go all in. "Adios Muchacha" I have waited one year to post this review for the purpose of warning others who intend to shop here for their prom dresses. BUYER BEWARE Drove from Mt Pleasant in February 2024 to take my daughter shopping for her first prom dress. Staff was initially helpful. My issue is not with the sales staff but with management and the owner, Tracy. The dress my daughter chose required alterations and we were encouraged to use Ash & T's recommended "in-house" seamstress, Sharon. The dress was purchased 2/11/24 for a prom date of 4/20. After reaching out multiple times, we were finally given a pick up date of 4/9/24. They had the dress for TWO full months. Plenty of time to take in the waist and hemline. We picked up the dress and I immediately noticed the train had been completely removed!! Not at ALL the length that it had been pinned on the date of purchase. The hemline was also uneven and bunched. I thought that perhaps it needed to be steamed and did not want to upset my daughter. Two days later I had my daughter try on the dress again and realized how horrible the alterations were: egregious errors on every point! A train that could not be re-attached! It looked like a blind person had done the alterations! I immediately called the store on 4/12 and spoke with a manager who was not helpful. The store owner, Tracy, texted me only after I threatened to leave a bad review. At first Tracy seemed interested in resolving the issue. I was asked to bring the dress back to Summerville. First, I decided to have my personal seamstress look at the dress. She confirmed that the alterations were inexcusable. My seamstress said she could repair the dress, with the obvious exception of re-attaching the missing train. The alterations were so poorly done. I cannot emphasize this enough. The waist should have been taken in at the sides but they instead chose to quickly add 2 darts- one was 3 inches from the side seam and the other was one inch from the side seam. Completely uneven and stitched as if a toddler had done it on a toy sewing machine. Ridiculous! PLEASE refer to the images provided to see how bad this job was. After initially texting with Tracy on 4/12 I called her on 4/13. This is now 7 days before my daughter's prom. There was never an offer to order a new dress or replace the dress with another. Tracy was not helpful and had zero remorse or empathy. She was unapologetic and condescending. She told me and I quote "God decided that this was your day". My day for what? To receive horrific customer service? To pay more than the suggested retail price listed on the manufacturer's website? To pay an exorbitant amount for bad alterations? To have a $400 dress ruined? To have my daughter be without a prom dress mere DAYS before her prom? What a joke. Tracy refused to accept any responsibility for the bad alterations and denied that Sharon worked for her. Even though Sharon was pitched as their "in-house" seamstress and worked in THEIR building. Tracy chastised ME for allowing my seamstress to rework the dress instead of allowing Sharon the opportunity to fix the dress. When I finally lost my patience and told Tracy that there was no f*ing way I would trust Sharon to repair the dress, Tracy then very professionally told me "adios muchacha". And hung up on me. In short: go somewhere else ! Go ANYWHERE else! The owners do not care about your experience, customer service, or the amount of money you spend. I would never support this business, subject my daughter to their rudeness, or give them a thin dime ever again. If I could give them negative stars... I would. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read other reviews. There are constant negative reviews of them treating customers poorly. This is not a rare occurrence . It is the norm. Spend your money anywhere else. Adios, Tracy. Also worth noting 1. My seamstress charged me $50 to completely repair all of Sharon's botched mistakes . Sharon had charged me $100 (to ruin a $400 dress). Not only poor service but wildly expensive 2. Don't ever pay retail for a dress here. Took 3 dresses to be sold under consignment back in March. The lady said if one sold a check would be mailed. November rolls around and I told my daughter to call and check on them and tell them she is going to come get them. Turns out one dress sold...they were very shady in texting back and forth. Refused to answer any questions about which dress has sold, what it sold for, etc. Claimed they had put a six-dollar check in the mail and when I called because her text made no sense whatsoever (and spoke to the owner, Tracy), she was very defensive, rude, and admitted they made a mistake and would be sending the difference by mail. She argued that her text made perfect sense and went back and forth with me until I said, let's move on....I told her we would be coming to get the check and our dresses, she was even ruder. Turns out the check we picked up had the total amount they owed, which solidified the fact that Tracy, the owner lied. They never mailed a check and probably wouldn't have had we not called and asked about our dresses. This woman is a shady person and not much of a business owner. Terrible customer service. I will never this enter place again. I see why she hires all of these young girls...she treats them horrible, which also confirms what I've heard. I'll end with this. Was super excited to look at the veils in this store. I absolutely fell in love with one and would have loved to purchase it had the service in this store been a little more hospitable. You weren't allowed to take pictures of the veils and they couldn't even write down the veil you liked if you weren't planning on purchasing that day. Employees were rude. Felt like everyone had an attitude and didn't care to give us the time of day because it was just a veil. They were Cindy about touching things and trying things on. meanwhile there was only one other person in there and tons of works. When I read the reviews after leaving the store they were all spot on. Some of the dresses in the store were beautiful - if the energy in the store was more positive I would have loved to go back to try on some dresses but I felt so uncomfortable. I thought the dress selection was great. At first I thought the associate that approached us was going to be helpful. Yes, Addy helped my daughter with dresses but when we were finished trying on dresses she was adamant that if we did not buy the dress my daughter liked that it would likely not be there the next day. I could tell her demeanor changed as soon as she knew we were not going to purchase the dress. It was a nice dress but it was a size too large. It was a bit out of my price range and it was going to require quite a bit of altering. Yes, it is prom season and dresses go quickly but I do not like someone trying to pressure me into something. It was about 25 minutes prior to the store closing when we chose to leave. I could tell that she was not happy with me. No sooner did we get in the car did I see her through the window ranting and raving. She noticed me and quickly moved over but I could still see her hands waving about. I will not visit this store again. I sure hope that she has better luck with other customers in the future. After reading these reviews, it sounds like we should not have wasted our time since apparently many people have had issues with the owner. The store itself is packed with things from furniture to clothes, so there is something for everyone. Very rude customer service, they argue with children that complain about their horrible experience with them threatening to sue kids... they like to pick out their victims differently, I've experienced the body shaming one day and the next day get told to make sure I can afford it before touching it. I have purchased many dresses from here and had great service - however this last time was horrible - the owner recommended a dress for my daughter that needed to be ordered and they ordered it 2 sizes too big - which with the heading on this dress and the seamstress I have gone too my daughter dress is still big. When we questioned the size they were ordering we questioned and said that seemed too big - but she insisted it was fine - however we got the dress and it was too big and when I questioned it and wanted my daughter to put it on her response was we purchased it and no exchanges - they ordered the wrong sizes and didn't make right with it - now my daughter is wearing a dress to her senior prom that is still too big even with what alterations could be done on it - very disappointed read more

This is a hit or miss place. Their prices are a bit high for stuff, so I get discouraged a lot. The staff is helpful, but they are always constantly checking on you/asking if you need help. That's fine, but I don't need it every few minutes. They just reorganized the store, so it is a bit easier to walk around. They do offer sales on clothes, as well as sales throughout the store on random days. I think if you pay cash, you don't have to pay sales tax. Always a plus, I suppose. Some of the stuff is incredibly old and would not fit a lot of today's house styles. Like I said, hit or miss. They do have a large selection of really nice dresses (fancy events, prom, wedding, etc) that are reasonably priced if you only need it for one night. This is one confused establishment. We visited Ash & T's last week to shop for an evening gown for an event. I'd been told by a few people that they had a large selection. Considering the large selection and the fact it was a consignment shop I was very hopeful that I'd find a well-priced used dress for my event. I was wrong. We were approached immediately by very friendly and eager saleswomen. Sure, I get it. They proceeded to ask all about our event, what our sizes were and what colors we liked. I was not prepared for the encroaching barrage of options. Bad options. The selection felt gaudy, old and clueless. The shelves were populated with what I imagine a small child would think adults wear to a party. Then, we decided to look at prices. The prices ranged from $80 to FIVE-HUNDRED DOLLARS. For USED.DRESSES! Mind you, these are sometimes worn by several people, as I discovered they also rent dresses - for a whopping $100. Again...we're in a consignment shop folks. Of course the next question came up. "What is your budget." When I told them I'd like to stay close to $100, I was immediately greeted with "look! this one is $189!" I said "yes, that's almost a full $100 more than $100 though." They were not amused. The quality on most were awful - tears, runs, rips, open seams, missing beading or "jewels." There were a few really gorgeous, refined dresses that we were able to snag in our size, but overall - the options were just over the top. The next part of the adventure was their dressing rooms, and very strict dressing room policy. We were escorted to fabric cabanas that you'd find on a beach and told we had to put on gloves before touching/trying on the dresses AND that we were not allowed to zip or unzip the dresses ourselves. This forced us to basically poke our bare asses/backs out into the consignment shop as other customers observed while waiting to sell an old chair or desk. I have nothing against sales people, and again, these women were friendly, but they were SELLLLINNNGGGG. Every dress looked "amazing." Every dress was "my color." Every dress could work. One woman even told me I could "go to JoAnn's and buy some mesh!" Ma'am, why would I spend more money to fix an already over-priced used dress? No. We finally threw our hands up, leaving Ash & T's feeling mentally exhausted. If you're looking for a dress - just go to Dillard's. Seriously. I walked out of there with a $122 full beaded evening gown, wondering why I'd bothered with Ash & T's in the first place. Don't waste your time...or your money here. read more

I continue to walk through this place once a month against my better judgment; most of the furniture is marked too high to sell - so it just sits there and you see the same stuff all the time. In my opinion, they heavily stock large dining sets and hutches/cabinets - but they stack them so you cant really see the tops of the tables. Pain. The bedroom sets that are crammed into the back appear to be mostly left-overs from hotels/motels (all kinds of drilled holes in them where TVs or furnishings were secured to the furniture.). Guess what - a dresser with 6 drill holes in it may not be worth as much as one that doesn't have holes..but you would never know that here! Here is my tip, when you drive by and see the items outside (which you assume should be eye-catching to entice you to come in), they speak for themselves. read more

However, apparently they only had like 10 in my price range ...which was around 400. Anyway, we bought a really pretty dress but when I got home, it was wayyyy to tight. They gave me a 000 instead of a 2. So we went back to the store to exchange it and they convinced us that the dress fit and it wouldn't break. Well Ash and T's, my 400 dollar dress did in fact break. Insane prices. These people need to do some research on clothing and accessories. Example: a beat-up pair of Sperry Topsiders for $44.99 (I just paid $35 for a brand new pair on sale). Apart from gross up-selling, their prices seem to be based on what they consider to be "high end" brands, including Ann Taylor and Kohl's brands. I love this place. I went today and saw several antiques really cheap. There were art deco, retro, french provincial and modern. And in the back there is a room loaded with vintage wedding veils, wedding dresses and prom dresses. The furniture in my opinion is a little pricey but they have Layaway and delivery! :D read more

EXTREMELY RUDE owner. Pay attention to the fact that there are so many 1 stars. I called to see if they had wedding dresses, they said yes & when I said I would come today they didn't say I needed an appt. When I came the girl looked at me and my service dog strangely and after I asked about wedding dresses showed me a section with 5-6 & said it was all they had. After she was continually staring at my dog with a look of fear and disgust, I asked her if she was afraid of the dog. She said no but that they don't allow dogs. I said it was a service dog. She put me in a dirty dressing room with no hooks or chairs. I asked if I could have a chair to place my clothes on so I didn't have to put then on the dirty chair. She gave me 1 and then proceeded to tell me that she would be the one to zip the dresses to avoid liability. Which made me uncomfortable considering I don't even know her and she would be helping me dress myself. After I tried on 2 dresses both of which were literally covered in stains and dirt ($300-$600 each ), the owner comes over & snatches the last dress of the rack and says she won't allow me to try on any more dresses. She said my service dog needed to be sitting on a chair, & she was because honestly I didn't even want her on the dirty floor because it was so gross. When I came out from the dressing room. The owner said that I would need to come back when I had an appointment. I had picked out to prom dresses that said prom dresses on the tag to try on and she said I still needed to have an appointment and come back another day when she had more time. There were only two other customers in the store and there were four employees. I asked the two other customers who were trying on dresses if they had an appointment and they said no. So I asked the owner why she was requiring that I have an appointment when these other two people didn't have an appointment either and I had already tried on two dresses. She said because I was looking for wedding dresses. This made no sense as I has already tried 2 wedding gowns on and was asking to simply try on 2 prom dresses. It was obvious that she just wanted me to leave because of the service dog. I left embarrassed and went and sat in my car to collect myself. She was "so busy" that she followed me outside to harass me further by finding me in my car!!! I ended up having to call the police & they told her that it was illegal to refuse service or make special request for someone with a service animal. She denied it. This place is pretty large..carries both some modern..alot of vintage styles in home furnishings. Looks like a lot of gowns in one area for prom dress seekers. Pretty clever as most gowns are only worn once so you could get some of your money back by consigning, and the next gal to wear it gets a still new looking gown at less than new price. I didn't look at the prices. About the furniture .. the majority of it was a bit pricey, but probably was right for the quality of the item... most were real wood and would last longer than me probably. I'm a Goodwill shopper so I guess everyone else is going to be higher , but the choices at Goodwill in furnishings have declined over the last few years. They keep an updated facebook page and do moving services. The facebook page has added a "Shop Now" button and they are open everyday. The lady in there was very friendly and showed me around and acted like your business matters...my kind of attitude. I came here to look for a prom dress. When i went in i saw a couple dresses that i liked and asked to try them on. They didn't allow me to try them on because i wasn't 18?? So i proceeded to the other racks of dresses that i didn't like at all. Like honestly if you're a size 12 or up and under 18 i wouldn't even bother going into Ash & T's but if you're a size 0-10 i would totally recommend Ash & T's because they sure do love the skinny girls. They gave us honest opinions and helped my daughter try on dresses she normally wouldn't. Found a dress that was one of a kind and 50% off. An extremely sad and horrific experience!!! I own a program that mentors young teenage girls here in Charleston. I consider myself to be extremely close to my girls, so imagine my excitement when they asked me to help them find the perfect dress for their first prom!! I had been to Ash and T's twice before. Once for furniture and once looking for a dress. This was about a year ago. I remember how many beautiful gowns they had there and I recommended that be our first stop. On Friday, February 22nd, around 6pm the girls mother brought them to meet me at the store. This was their first time looking for a dress so they had the biggest smiles on their faces when they walked in. Immediately one of their younger employees came to great them. She first asked if they had a parent with them and then asked what they were looking for and if their prom had a specific color or theme. She continued to ask questions as their mother and I caught up. We continued to talk as she took the girls around the store. The employee was very sweet and very professional. Both of the girls eyes immediately went to this beautiful black and gold gown. It was GORGEOUS. They then continued to be shown around the rest of the store and picked one dress a piece that they wanted to try on. I realized that neither of the dresses they had was the gorgeous gown we had all seen. They didn't see their size. The manager whom i believe to be named Tracy, was standing close by helping another customer. I asked the young employee if they had it in the girls size, and she did! She began to take it off the rack to bring it to the dressing room when the manager came OUT OF NO WHERE saying "ummm you can't try that on. That is a $700 dress!" ( keep in mind the the girls were standing RIGHT THERE). I said "excuse me?" She proceeded to tell me that there was no point to try it on because she was "sure it was out of our price range"!!!! Couldn't believe it! Took everything for me to hold it together, but i am a mentor to these girls and it was important that i show them the proper way to handle a situation like this. I replied "I don't believe that their mother nor I have talked about a budget once, but i am sure that the girls want to try this dress on, so if you could take it to the fitting room, we would greatly appreciate it". So she took it to the fitting area. The girls were trying on the initial dresses they pulled and were going to try on the gown last. During that time, their mother and I were talking about what had just transpired. As we are talking, out of the corner of my eye, I see the manager come into the fitting area, creep over to the rack, slide the black and gold gown off and take it into a back room!! I was FLOORED! I waited a moment to see what she would do and then i watched as she came out empty handed and walk back towards the front. I went to the young employee and said "excuse me, can you tell me what happened to the black and gold dress?". With a look of sadness and shame, she told me that her manager had taken it back. Bless this poor girl for even being put in a situation like this. She looked very embarrassed. I asked if she would bring the dress back and that was when the story gets even better!! The manager stomps back, dress in hand and says "Listen, this is not a place to play dress up". Then says "There's no reason to try on a dress you can not afford." WOW! I feel the need to say that this family and myself are African-American. I am a realtor here in the Low Country and may add that i do very well for myself and have been very successful, enough that i have the means to use my success to help young ladies in my community. I had actually just come from a closing before i showed up there and still had my badge on. I moved my hair from the front of my shirt so she could see my badge. I said "I'll have you know that i am a business woman that owns an organization where i mentor these girls. I can promise you that i have more than enough money to pay for this dress. So if you don't mind, please put it back on the rack so they can try it on." Her entire demeanor changed. She said " I would've just hated for the girls to try on a dress and fall in love with it if they couldn't get it". She asked me about my organization and then told me that she helps provide my real estate office with furniture as if it would be a bonding moment for us. Damage was done.The dress fit perfectly on one of the girls and she looked like an absolute princess. Though she loved it, she told me after what happened, there was no way she would want to get this dress or give money to an establishment that would show tolerance of such behavior and i couldn't have agreed more. I have lived in our beautiful Low country for 20 years and have been blessed enough to never be put into a racists/judgmental situation such as this. We went to this shop in search of some solid wood pieces with the intent to sand and stain them. We were looking for a dining table & chairs, coffee table, and there was a possibility of other items as well. We were greeted by the manager, Wendy, at the door and notified that items that had been in the store since before October 2015 were half the price listed on the ticket. I was very happy when I found a farm table that would have fit our needs perfectly - and at half the price. We asked Wendy about the table and on multiple occasions, she referred to it as "solid wood". We even went into a detailed conversation with her our plans to sand and stain the table. We decided on only buying the table that day. We paid for it with agreement to pick it up a little later when we had access to a truck. My boyfriend's brother met up with us at the store to help transport the table to his home for storage. Before we took it out of the store, there was yet another discussion about the table and what it was made out of. Once again, Wendy wasn't sure what kind of wood, but claimed it was a "solid wood" table and that it "might be oak". It wasn't nearly heavy enough for oak, and we suggested maybe it was pine. She agreed "oh yeah! ...maybe it's pine". When we got the table home to Moncks Corner, we noticed that some of the spots that looked like scratches were in fact laminate cracking and peeling up. It's not a solid wood table - it's particle board. At that point, I felt like it was all just a big mistake. Wendy seemed sure that it was wood and to be fair, we all thought it was. I called immediately, because by that time it was 20 minutes to close and there was just no way we could load the table back up and make it back in time. Wendy told me that they "don't usually do returns" but she would see what could be done - she would talk to the owner tomorrow afternoon when they were in and get back with me. She took down my name and my number. Once again, at this point I thought it was no big deal and all just a misunderstanding. We were all very polite with one another and while I was bummed about the table, I assumed we would get things settled. I was excited still to go back to their store with intention to spend more money on much needed furniture for our new home. I didn't receive my phone call the next day. At 5pm, I gave in and called myself. I'm not sure who I spoke to - I only know it wasn't Wendy. The employee told me "Oh yes. Wendy and the owner have spoken about the table. I'm not sure what the outcome was, but neither are in the store right now for me to ask..." Now I'm starting to question everything. But okay. I've worked retail and I was willing to give them a chance still. I called again the following day and spoke again to Wendy who told me she hadn't yet talked to the owner who had, according to her, just walked in the door and wasn't even there the day before. She went away from the phone for a couple of minutes and came back to tell me that they couldn't do a return and had to uphold their no refund policy because the consignee had already been paid. She claimed that they get paid their money the day after a sale. I retorted "Even tho I called you the day of purchase... within the hour of it leaving the store... to tell you that something was wrong?" She claimed she had no control over it and that once the money was in the system, it's done. Well, I don't know what kind of system they are using, but it sounds pretty terrible to have zero control over your cash flow. This table was sold to me under false pretenses. I want so badly to believe otherwise, but the multiple lies and runaround make me wonder otherwise. But that isn't even the half of it. When asked over the phone later today, they suggested that they don't pay consignees until the 10th of the month. We bought this table on January 27th... many, many days before the 10th. We will be doing as suggested and filing a dispute with our credit card company. I am so thankful we used our credit card and didn't just hand cash over to these people. read more

This is not the place to go to get movers. This place is ran by a clown of a owner who hires cheap high school labor that has zero regard for your belongings. I currently am pursuing legal action over the amount of damages caused by this company. We paid $600 for a 2 day move between 2 homes and in turn recieved over $2000 in damages and some invaluable items shattered. When the excuse of an owner was notified no responsibility was taken and even when i pulled the supervisor aside during the move to address this he admitted guilt but when later questioned had to lie about the matter. My only request was to unpack and repack my trucks but instead was met with hostility and disrespect as the owner had nothing more than a mouth of excuses and lies even when confronted with picture proof of the damages (attaching pictures for yall to see). Hate to give this place a bad review, especially since Hana is one of my peeps, but I wasn't feeling this place. I stepped in with my wife and father-in-law and did like that they had a ton of different stuff to look at. The problem though, was that prices were a bit high, at least more than what we are used to seeing in consignment shops. Also, after being in there for around 5+ minutes, never saw anybody. read more

Love this place! Furniture choices from inexpensive to solid wood. Definitely worth checking out before you buy IKEA type furniture.

My family and I really love this place. The clothes are really cheap and I've found a few dresses, but I actually always go to look at the furniture. Seems like new things come and go quickly, but if they stick around for a while the price get's lower!! This is the best thing ever. The furniture is all used and you can find some gems of antiques or even just consigned furniture thats good and new. If you are good at re-upholstering or salvaging dilapidated things you can get really great deals from their back warehouse great for anyone who likes vintage peices. read more
