My niece and I saw a posting for a vehicle on their lot they had for almost a month with a price drop as well listed and the next day when. We went to look at it the rep informed us the price which had gone up with no rhyme or reason since clearly it had no traction for a month until we got there. Luckily we had screenshots of the price. We also had a bad experience with reps colonizing my nieces name. Her name is Natalia not hard to say in English yet they kept changing it to Natalie which led to having to change paperwork and they still ended up colonizing her email.

When checking credit report and payment history, I noticed my balance only went down by $107 on a $342 payment. Called the lender to figure out wtf. The remaining $235 went to interest!?!?!? Because the down payment did not go to the lender. The dealership kept it and for a warranty package that doesn't even include what they promised It did. The list price for the vehicle I purchased was $16,111. I put down $4500. As of getting off the phone with the lender now she said the total price will be $28,775 to them. Add the down payment and that is $33,275. I am paying over 100% again the list price. TOTAL scam. We made very clear to Mr. Philippe that we are a low-income family. I couldn't possibly feel more screwed over. They know you can't spend hours at the dealership or calling a lawyer to read everything. They are the epitome of every stereotype you hear about car lots and salesmen. They knew we were desperate.

Crazy APR for an old beat up 100,000 mile Nissan. I lifted the hood to find the battery corroded from water damage, very dirty under the hood overall, and not to mention the breaks were very squeaky plus low-tire pressure light came on during the test drive. Another thing I noticed while getting information down in the office was there were two separate people coming in to complain about the vehicle they bought having mechanical issues. I brought this up to the sales associate and he stated they have a 30-day warranty on all vehicles. Only 30 days?!? When the usual warranty should be 6-months to even a couple years. Very fishy auto company, only recommend to buy if you want to do charity work and end up with a vehicle that'll last one trip to a corner store before blowing up on you.
