My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. We completely understand that mistakes happen, especially with self-ordering systems. What was upsetting was the way we were treated when we simply pointed out the mistake. A basic apology and a little courtesy would have gone a long way. We came in with our children expecting a simple, enjoyable ice cream outing and unfortunately left with a very negative impression because of the way this employee handled the situation. Customer service matters, and this was anything but welcoming or professional.

The texture of the gelato was airy and silky, which is different from ice cream but a good type of different since it didn't feel too heavy. It was super clean inside and they have some outdoor seating as well, so it's a nice spot to chill and enjoy a cold sweet treat.
