I actually would give a rating of zero if it was available I…read morecontacted Dan to give a quote on a very small house i am renting where the attic insulation is very minimal I was going to give the quote to my landlady after Dan had come to survey the house. He came, was not able and would not look up into the attic for me as his ladder was "too big" That was the whole reason i asked him to come--and this was a free quote That said, he went out and measured the square footage of the roof---or i assumed he did. I called and left a message the following day requesting he get back to me with a quote. Nothing. 4 days later, today, i called again. He gave a rude response after i asked why he had not called me back with a quote and that it was a strange way to run a business at which point he hung up. He should not take things personally if he is a business man and more importantly NOT assume since i am a renter that i do not know home owners I would recommend him to. I have owned a home and have had many repairs and contractors come over the years and never had a response, or lack of one, like this. I would never recommend this company based on Dan's attitude.
