Jay answered the phone. He came over immediately and gave me a fair quote to install a new water heater. He obtained and dropped off the new heater later that day. He and Dorjee were kind enough to move stuff out of the way in the laundry room and mop up the remaining water, which my husband had been struggling with. Today, Jay and Dorjee installed the new water heater. We are seniors in an older house and Jay realised that our cut-off valve to the water heater was also failing, so he kindly replaced it today. That explains the extra water on the floor today, after my husband completely closed the valve to the old water heater yesterday. My husband and I agree that Jay and Dorjee are hard workers, conscientious and very pleasant. We will definitely call Aria Plumbing for future needs and already have one issue with our outdoor faucets that need attention before winter. We highly recommend Aria Plumbing. In February 2026, Hassan came to my home to repair my air conditioner. During the visit, my programmable thermostat was removed and replaced with a non-programmable thermostat that I did not request. My original thermostat was functioning before it was removed, and it was not returned to me. I was then charged $598.90 for the replacement thermostat. When the thermostat stopped working in February 2026, I contacted Hassan numerous times. Despite multiple appointments being scheduled by Hassan and the receptionist, technicians repeatedly failed to show up. The issue remained unresolved for months. Eventually, Hassan sent someone to inspect the thermostat. After that visit, I received another invoice for $120, which I paid on June 3, 2026. As of June 10, 2026, I have made approximately 20 calls  regarding this matter and have still not received a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I found the customer service to be very poor and unprofessional. I am frustrated by the lack of communication, missed appointments, and the ongoing failure to resolve the thermostat issue. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience. This version focuses on the specific events and dates, which generally makes a review more credible and effective. It also avoids language that could be interpreted as personal attacks while still clearly describing your experience.

So, for four years, my family and I were using a GAS stove with exposed wiring just behind the kick plate. The owner came by today with a "colleague" to "investigate." His colleague admitted that a plate should cover the exposed wiring. Rather than admit this grievous oversight, the owner offered up this absurd explanation: Someone else removed the plate in the four years since the original installation. No one removed the plate. No one. Why would anyone do that? He also claims that he installed a shut off valve. I have asked the TSSA to launch an investigation. Save yourself the risk and trouble my family has unknowingly endured for four years. I urge you to choose another contractor. The owner will no doubt respond to this warning with denials and accusations. You can believe him if you want to but, if you do, you will regret it.
