A service that both my primary care team and my health advocate said I do not need. A service that I KNOW I do not need. My primary also said that it reeks of an insurance money grab. These SRI "doctors" seem to really want to pad their pockets at their patients and their health insurance expense. How unethical. When they do decide to answer the phone, which is rare, they seem like you caught them at a bad time or something. Last straw... no tele call for my scheduled appt for today.
