Friendly, if not always, competent staff that seem not be be capable of communicating with each other in effectively managing operations (thereby suggesting whoever is in charge is not up to the task). Leaders of their groups are often literally unintelligible and not up to the standards of leading treatments programs. What should also give you pause is that a significant number of patients have been through the program two to three times. Lord knows why. The food is fair at best and sometimes inedible.

If you feel like you need someone to talk with and you're a hip 20 something (in other words someone who is on this site, hence reading this), I strongly suggest checking him out. Oh, and he's unbelievably attentive. If he knows you're going through a crisis, he'll actually call you sometimes.
