I live in New York City, so I have to have things shipped, which they are happy to do. Also, I don't make it into town often, and they are very flexible about exchanges. You get a year to exchange and use all your credit from the date of your wedding. Unlike other neighboring registry spots, they didn't bat an eyelash when I returned two items in May 2008 (a month before the deadline). I totally recommend them for your registry!
