I so wanted to love this place. Stepped inside, expecting to find my happy jewelry place. I spent a lot of time online looking at their website so I was excited to finally be there in person on my trip to Nashville. Unfortunately, not one employee acknowledged me. Sure, it was a little busy, but I was there for over 15 minutes browsing, until literally the entire crowd was gone, Then guess what? All the associates disappeared until only one associate remained. She decided it was better to check out her phone instead of acknowledge or help me. I was the only customer in there now! They were super nice to everyone but me. I didn't say a word to anyone until interrupting that girl on her phone. So I keep wondering why they ignored me. Perhaps I should've just talked to the manager instead of writing this review. Cute store and it smells wonderful & the jewelry was really pretty but the girl working tonight in the front had such a snotty personality. We almost went somewhere else but my phone wouldn't bring up another close by permanent jewelry place quick enough before our turn at the register. All of the jewelry is handmade and if you don't see something you like, they can customize pieces for you. I went to the store in Franklin and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. She helped me find the necklace I liked and then even let me pick out the stone to add. Since then, I have ordered a couple of different rings, one with an onyx stone and the hammered bands which I think are my favorite. They are reasonably priced and have a great selection. I had my own gold chain and added them to it. It was a simple purchase. But it became my everyday necklace and one that my kids love looking at and point out their birthdays. Fast forward TWO YEARS LATER and one of the three charms that I purchased broke. Judith Bright is one of my favorite go to jewelry stores. I have several items from this store, that I have gotten as gifts or gotten for myself. I love giving the stacked rings or hammer clasped bracelet as gifts! Each time you go into the store you are greeted by several of the sales associates who are happy to answer any questions as well as being able to talk to the artisans who can give their expert advice. A gift card is always a great option as well so that whoever is getting the gift can get exactly what they want!
