I hired this company specifically for a post-construction cleaning, and before booking I asked multiple times if they were experienced with post-construction cleaning. I specifically explained that I expected the ceilings, walls, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, inside and outside of cabinets, shelves, bathrooms, and all surfaces to be thoroughly dusted and cleaned because construction dust gets everywhere. They assured me they knew exactly what a proper post-construction cleaning involved. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. When they finished, it looked like many areas had never been touched. Construction dust was still covering window tracks and sills, shelves, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, countertops, shower walls, tubs, toilets, inside and outside of cabinets, and even decorative fixtures. There was still debris left on the floors, dust around plumbing fixtures, and residue throughout the bathrooms. The fine construction dust that I specifically hired them to remove was still everywhere. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, the manager became argumentative, raised his voice at me, accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation, and refused to provide any refund. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company. Although they offered to come back, I politely declined because I no longer had confidence that they would do the job properly, and I didn't want to waste any more of my time. I ended up starting the cleaning myself and now have to hire another company next week to finish the job correctly. We were planning to move into our home immediately because we have an upcoming trip, but instead I lost my entire morning dealing with this and still wasn't able to move in. I paid a premium expecting my home to be move-in ready after construction, but instead I was left with more work, more expenses, and a great deal of frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for post-construction cleaning. The quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled were both extremely unprofessional.

Spoke with Carlos, who seemed unorganized. I explained that we were going to closing on the 14th and I would like a evening cleaning, since he said they take their last appt at 4. He said he would reserve me for the 14th and the 15th just in case our closing went over and we couldn't make it. I thought, great how wonderful and helpful... He cares! He tells me that he will email me the quote and the confirmation. I wait and wait and wait..... Two days later still nothing. So I email and call him.... He says he's been "busy" and will send it soon! Then a couple of more days go by and still nothing. I contact him again and he said he wrote my email wrong and the "quote" was in his outbox. OK?! So why not contact me to fix the issue?! Or at the very least make sure I get my quote?? Then as if this was a sign enough to not use them and schedule with a more reputable company, my friend who referred me send me a screen shot Carlos messaging her, stating he lost my contact information and could she provide it..... Wait this is the CEO of the company and he's this scattered brain?! She ask me if its ok and I tell her yes. I wait all day expecting him to contact me since he stated he needed to contact me about my cleaning. NOPE! So I finally email and say here is my contact info, My friend said you lost my info. He gave me some silly excuse about moving and someone misplacing my information. Sir, you emailed me and I'm almost sure it saved my information in your email (inbox and outbox) Becoming skeptical of the company I ask if everything was still on and OK for the 14th. I get a response from Carlos that he would not be able to clean my condo on the confirmed day because he booked someone else for that day and that he could move me to the 15th and 16th instead. WHAT?!?! I was never told this or sent any kind of information asking if I would be OK with having my date changed. How would I have ever known?! This is unacceptable .... So I explain and send him the original email where he stated the dates and confirmed that he would be cleaning my condo on the 14 or 15th, no answer back. I wait a day and email again and he finally responds with he can fit me in on the 15th at 8 a.m. I agree and think all is well. Think again! I write him the night before the cleaning to confirm the time they will be arriving tomorrow.... And I get 10:30-11:30 time frame. Wait, wait wait..... This is the final strike. I explain that I was told they would be there early in the morning and now once again am being pushed back. He responds with that he's cleaning another house (my friends) which is bigger and obviously more money so we got pushed out of the way..... I have everything planned and timed for my move-in and he has completely ruined everything. I also have an appt at 10am and will not be available to let this company in. Not only have I been treated like the red headed step child more than once (completely my bad for over looking all of the signs of a bad business) he doesn't try to fix the situation by telling the other people that he needs to push them back an hour or so. This company obviously needs to work on scheduling, customer service and organizing. This is not how you do "business" and I would def say customers beware. If they are this scattered and money hungry, it's speaks volumes about their over all business. I spoke with my friend wed because she just sold her house and was trying to schedule to have them clean before they hand over the keys and she said that Carlos has been difficult and hard to get in contact with and scheduled. He's terribly unorganized and it was difficult for her to get her house scheduled and cleaned by them again. That he is not good with follow through and doesn't respond via phone. They came to clean my 1500 sq foot home that was completely empty. They show up a@ 9:20am. They were here till 11:05 and Carlos showed up.... You could tell he was rushing them and I honestly can't say what they did bc my house is still dirty. It took them an 1-1/2 to clean a empty place?! They leave and we come in and see the TERRIBLE job. My room closet (both) were not vacuumed, they left several cob webs in the apt after we asked for them to be cleaned, the stove side wasn't wiped down and still had grease, there are dust bunnies every where, and make the house smell like cleaner to trick you. They also used all of my paper towels, soap, step stools and supples. I pay for you to bring your stuff and not use mine. I inform Carlos of issues, he comes back and re"cleans" but doesn't bring vacuum even though I showed him pics. As I was cooking last night a few dust bunnies flew off top of fridge! GROSS! They said the minimum was $120 and told me it would take about 1 hour or a bit less. Although pricey, I had no qualms about paying that.... 2 ladies came to clean and were out of my house in 35 minutes. There is definitely some built up mold in the caulking that won't come out, I understand, I am not talking about that. I spent an extra 30 minutes of my time cleaning my bathroom with some pretty basic things. They didn't dust the lights. There was still stains and small spots of gunk on the walls that just needed a simple twice-over wipe. There was areas in the grout in the shower tiles I had to wipe again. My soap holders had some brown/orange gunk on them, I asked if they cleaned it and they said yes so I assumed it wouldn't come off (I didn't have time for a full inspection). But then I thought I would try....I wiped those with cleaning paste and a toothbrush, the gunk came right off. I think they did a basic wipe down but even then it wasn't great. Let alone this service was not worth $120.

The basement floors still had debris, the laundry room (top of washer) was still dirty, top of fridge, top of microwave, upper portion of the outer cabinets and counters were still dirty and were never touched or cleaned.
