I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. R&D's team has come to our home in Purcellville every 2 weeks for over a year. They deep clean our entire 3 bed and 3 bath house in an hour when it takes me a week. They are very friendly, thorough, efficient, and extremely trustworthy! I work from home, but if I didn't, I would have no problem giving them a key to keep. Marlene, the owner, is a great business leader and is completely on top of things. She communicates via text as to when they will be arriving the next day which is usually around the same time. If there is anything extra or different I want them to do, I communicate to her via text. But normally, there is very little to tell them-they clean everything and change any beds that have a clean set of sheets folded up on them. I work from home, so I post a sign in Spanish using google translate on the door of whatever room I am working out of that week and they don't disturb me and clean every other room. They are flexible with dates and respond right away if you are not completely happy with anything that has been done. My toilets are hard to keep clean because we are on well water and we don't have a top of the line filtration system. Somehow, they keep them white and sparkling which was something I was never able to do myself! We have brick floors in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room that are very hard to keep clean but somehow they do. I had them come an extra time before my in-laws came to visit and had them do a light cleaning plus clean the back porch. They did an amazing job and even cleaned the windows! They aren't cheap, but they are fairly priced based on their excellent work. I can't wait until we can afford to have them come every week!!! Some day!
