I had to coordinate my move from out of town. My movers left a mess! Iraida's team could have walked away but agreed to work around a friend who was helping clean up. When my landlord did a walkthrough he said that it was obvious that the place was professionally cleaned! Pros: Did a great job cleaning! no correction were pointed out and nothing was damaged Cons: Needed to use Tranlate app (no big deal for me). The rate provided was not what was completed. My sons room who is away at college was very dusty, so I was contact by Iraida that the house was dirtier and larger than expected so she the cleaners could only do two floors for the price quoted. Only room really dusty was one room and Iriada also thought house was a town home and said that the qoute didnt include. So I didnt get my basement cleaned. They also do not priovide rags, or pare towels for cleaning so I was charged an additional 10 dollars for rag purchase. I did get to keep them and was notified if I needed their service again to provide the same rags just cleaned. read more

So its been a few months that I've been using Iraida's cleaning service, so I wanted to give an update. Still excellent, great communication prior to arrival. The team is amazing, seriously the do a great job. My husband had gotten home from work as they were finishing and again he commented on how good the house looked! And mind you my husband can be a bit particular with stuff especially household chores, I'm more of it looks ok I'm done. He's more of this has to be done with t's crossed and i's dotted. So for him to say that its a huge compliment. Ok one other thing I need to brag on from the crew yesterday, they made a bow from my toilet paper!! I'm not creative so I have to say I was impressed by the craftiness. I felt like I was on a reality tv show super yacht program. I found myself in a pickle today when a system error with my original cleaning crew resulted in the cancellation of my appointment. These ladies were available for a same-day appointment and did a fantastic job. They deep-cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. They removed all dust and left amazing vacuum lines on the carpets. They were in and out within two hours and were very polite. My only complaint was that they were about 15 min late, but it wasn't a huge deal because they were so fast and they were able to squeeze me in so last minute. I paid $250 for my entire townhome to be cleaned and I think it was well worth the price, as well as very on par with other quotes I received. read more

I requested a quote for bi-weekly cleaning of my condo and Iraida's quote was the most fair for the job. Iraida was very flexible in trying to schedule my appointment based on my availability and her team's schedule. We were able to make an early morning appointment and they arrived 10 minutes early and completed the job in record time without missing anything. My condo was spotless and hairless (I have a cat who sheds a ton and they were able to pick up every single hair leaving the place cat hair free lol). I am certain to have Iraida and her team tend to my condo every 2 weeks ... and you could literally smell the cleanliness upon entering the building and I live on the top floor so you know it was spic and span! You know that smell? The one when you open the door and it smells CLEAN. And actually is clean. I do the paper towel test on my kitchen floor when I get home from work after they've come. I wipe it with just a bit of water to see if there is any dirt or color residue. Nothing. It's always clean. Melina & Margot arrived at 8am and finished at 11am. They were thorough in their cleaning. I wasn't aware that I needed to provide cleaning rags and paper towels for the service so that caught me off guard. Iraida, the owner, admitted that she miscommunicated that information but it's ok. I have the supplies. I incurred a $10 charge for new rags. They use bleach when cleaning which is fine. Just needed to crack a window. The place is clean and appreciate them for coming so quickly. I did stop by that evening to evaluate the clean. they did a great job cleaning out the cabinets and refrigerator, but they did miss a few places on the countertop & the corners of the walls. but for the price you pay, not bad! tipped them well for taking their time and cleaning up the place for us! read more

They're always very communicative and do a great job cleaning the house and accommodating myself and the dogs while they're here. Overall they did an okay job. Overall things were cleaner but there were certainly things they missed. What I didn't like was they threw away a few of our items. My daughter was very upset to see her most favorite items that were on her windowsill thrown into a box and the adoption certificate that belonged to one of her most prized items was no where to be found. I have helped her search her room and the box and it was no where to be found. Unfortunately she said nothing until after the trash was collected by the garbage men. She is absolutely heartbroken that her certificate is missing. When I went to take a shower I noticed my razor was missing. It was one with the replaceable heads and not a disposable one. Although it was not a huge deal it certainly was an inconvenience. We don't plan to use them again. read more

In this day and age, a "move-out" cleaning is an extreme cleaning that requires scrubbing equipment to get grout white, clean the very top of kitchen cabinets that are very high, etc. I would say, the crew worked very hard, did an exceptional job on some difficult areas. I would higher them in a New York minute to clean my house or condo. However, I do have to go back and do some things they could not complete to meet the expectations of the Property Management Company Still, they deserve all 5 stars. read more

Iraida's did an excellent job for me. On short notice they cleaned an empty 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house to prepare it for sale. They were on time, fast and were responsible with the key I provided via a lock box. They were more expensive than other quotes I got but they were communicative, responsive, did what they said they would do and our Realtor was very happy with the results which is all we wanted. They will ask you to buy some new rags on your first appointment and supply trash bags which I thought was fair. And I was supplied a receipt when I requested one. read more
