Their warranty is only for five years which is short and they will not even honor that but want additional money to fix the problem caused by their smearing a cheap tarlike substance around the chimney instead of installing decent lead flashing. The flashing they did install is listed on the warranty, but they don't care and won't come out without hundreds of dollars more. Update: One of my neighbors told me she also had problems with this company. They sold her a roof over her garage but didn't know how to install a flat roof and it leaked shortly after it was shingled. She says she was also grossly overcharged. Also I have a well ventilated roof with nothing overhanging it and never had roof algae issues until they stepped on the roof to replace a portion of it. I believe the workers did not clean/disinfect their boots after working on someone else's roof and transferred spores to mine.

Austin came over soon after we made our request, gave us a fair quote, and began the first part of the repair soon after. The project was in two parts because part of the damage was under solar panels. So we paid for what he did, and stayed in touch as the installers weren't able to get to us for weeks. Final roofing work happened yesterday, and he also replaced two shingles that had fallen since he'd left (not his fault). Easy to communicate with, generally responded same day or next day.
