Front desk folks are very friendly and transparent about the billing. I met with Dr. Dinh for a diastema/front gap of my front teeth as it had been bothering me for years. I took the leap to try to get this done because I did not want braces or trays. After an assessment and discussion, it seemed like I was a candidate for using filling like substances to match my teeth's color. Her dental assistant Angelica was so helpful and worked in tandem with Dr. Dinh to make the procedure as quick as possible. It seemed like the two had a great working relationship where she also used her as a second opinion for the color. There was barely any discomfort during the procedure. I can say I am very happy with the results and more confident! It looks natural and there is no slight gap anymore! I am smiling more and the pictures below speak for themself. just have to be careful with biting into food with the front teeth, especially hard foods. Would definitely 100% recommend if you are a candidate. Just one thing - parking lot is small and a tight squeeze, but I heard they are relocating in the near future. read more

Hi I would like to say thank you Dr Whitley for showing me how discussing you are at my visit so that I never come back this lady dropped her instruments on the floor like I did not see and tried to use it on me she never washed her hands and when I mentioned her washing her hands she had an attitude she took her glasses off her dirty face and put it on the instruments she was using on me she rushed to do my tiny feeling and broke my tooth now I have to get a crown that cost 3 times the amount then her assistant Brenda took what they call an impression and choked me with that stuff and to top it off my gums was scratched by some scanning machine they used if you value your teeth and health don't go to ashby dental read more

Although I really miss Dr. Endo, I am happy to still be a patient of this dental office. The front desk staff are always efficient, professional, and accommodating. I always receive my online questionnaire, in advance, to ensure that the staff and the patients are safe from COVID. Their practice of online questionnaires mitigates the spread of COVID-19. Good dental care, informative and honest. I've been going to Ashby Dental (previously Dr. Endo, now Dr. Guerisoli) for a few years. I've only need cleanings and x-rays, no big procedures, but I've been happy with their service. I've found the dental assistants are really friendly, especially Monica :) The last time I went to their office, I asked whether I was due for a new composite resin filling, which I had gotten 10 years earlier at another office. Dr. Endo looked at my teeth and said no. I appreciated that they didn't upsell me something I didn't need. Recently, they stopped being in-network for Delta Dental, and sent an e-mail informing me about this. I was researching whether my plan would still cover a visit to Ashby Dental, and called Delta Dental, who only told me about my overall maximum. I was under the impression that I would be 100% covered. I called Ashby Dental and the front desk assistant, and she gave me the tip to call back and ask about per procedure maximums. When I did, I found out that I actually wasn't 100% covered for each procedure. I'm grateful for the honesty and information given to me by the front desk assistant. I'll have to search for another in-network provider and am sad to be leaving. read more

Dr Robin Whitley is a very good dentist, and I like her more than other dentists in the area. But I was thinking to leave her practice because there were many problems with billing. However, after merging with another dentist, there is a new finance/insurance person, Lillian. She made a huge difference to me to clear up billing and be flexible. I would definitely recommend Dr Whitley now. Thumbs up for Lillian and Dr Whitley. However, while I was there, I met one of the dental assistants and heard a conversation between her and a dentist. This dental assistant was unfriendly and did not take responsibility for her work. So I would not want her to be working on my teeth. I wonder if others in her office are better. From the second I walked in the door, it wasn't a great experience. I was new to the office and walked into the waiting room. There are two receptionist desks and I had no idea which one to walk toward. No one even looked up when I walked in. So I am just standing there like a deer in headlights. Finally I tell one receptionist that I am new and not sure where to go. She rudely asked why I was there and then told be to go over to the other receptionist. And then I go on for my cleaning. She looks at my teeth and asks if I ever had braces. I am a 44-year old woman- yes I had braves but when I was 12. I told her yes but my teeth have moved, which she told me I probably didn't wear my retainer. Anywho, she spends a while cleaning my teeth. I am also a type 1 diabetic who has had teeth issues my entire life due to my disease. So when she is finished, she asks me 1. Do I brush my teeth? 2. Do I floss and do I know how? Seriously?!?! So rude! Yes I brush my teeth, twice a day in fact. And I floss every morning. I was very disappointed that she didn't even look at my file to see my dental history. I literally have tried everything to accomplish great dental health but it's a struggle. And to have the hygienist talk to me like that was really awful. Just awful. I am now looking for a new dentist because I do not want to walk back into that office and be treated like that. If you were already a patient there, maybe it's better. But being new, it was a horrible experience. read more

I did not have a good experience with the new people that took over Dr. Endo. Suddenly they stop taking Delta Dental and they did not disclose that before my cleaning was done. It was totally bait and switch tactic, the job was done and now I have to pay $400 for an overpriced cleaning.
