They have said they do not issue refunds so I can get glasses elsewhere in a timely manner. I will not ever use these people again either in Ashdown or Texarkana and am changing my insurance so I never have to darken their doorway again. Don't waste your time and money.

Dr. Byers and her husband (who serves as her assistant) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The exam was relatively quick and painless (even for me, who absolutely can't stand having stuff touch his eyes). Having air blown into your eye is an interesting experience though! I had the basic dilation exam, and Dr. Byers clearly explained everything and answered my questions easily. Though I am from out of town I definitely recommend their practice and will definitely use them again if I'm in the area!
