However, they refused to order a new lens because it had been a little over a year since his eye exam. He had contacted them a couple months ago to get a new lens put in. They sent him a payment option but he forgot about it and did not order the new lens at that time. He didn't need a new eye exam because he has 20/20 and just needs reader lenses. Anyway they are losing his business, my business and the business of our kids.

My son was being extremely distracting…read moreand I asked him to sit down because I had other things to do today and as soon as that left my mouth the lady fitting us for our glasses told my son it was okay that he stayed and stood by her which again distracted her even more took even longer for the process to be finished she couldn't understand that I was asking for the total today copays and the total today if I paid for the glasses to be ordered and then the full total I don't understand how that was misinterpreted but I'm assuming it was because she underminded my parenting and told my child that he could stand by her and she couldn't listen. This has been an amazing experience from my initial consult to my follow up appointment, one day after my surgery. I have met people with a common care or interest as me which is Animal, Rescue, and CARE, my nurse Sarah, who got me ready for surgery was amazing and we swapped fantastic cat stories about our babies so I will definitely not be afraid to go for my second surgery which I will probably do sooner than I initially thought my left eye is crystal clear whereas the right one wasn't OK I am 100% plus satisfied.
