WOW! Words are my life and when I picked up my "Sunshine" I was rendered speechless! I have had many detail jobs on many cars but Scott and the guys at Asheville Auto Spa puts everyone else to shame. Not only was my jeep immaculate, it looks better than when I purchased it. I use my jeep for jeep things (mud, narrow trails with branches that scratch) and they cleaned every last bit of mud (including wheels and underneath). They even managed to make my gray running boards black again (something no one else has even bothered to try to do much less accomplish!) All of this is wonderful but the BEST part.... The wax job. I get my vehicle dirty on purpose. I will swerve to hit a mud puddle. Now, all I have to do is rinse it off with water. Comes right off. This will pay for itself because I can cancel my monthly "all in one" place. If you have a nice car and want to keep it that way or just want to have that new car feel.... Call these guys. Hey, where are you goin? - Asheville AUTO SPA!! These folks are absolutely amazing. I took our Mazda CX9 to them. This car (not my doing) was easily the dirtiest, filthiest car on the planet - mounds of dog hair, horse dirrt, horrendous filth in general - an absolute unpleasant, nasty, unsavory driving experience. I worried if I might disappear in the dirt or catch something every time I forced myself to drive the beast. The AAS guys turned the frog into a princess. It was a breathtaking experience when I picked up me car. Were it not for wear on the front seats, the interior was in pristine new like condition - it even had a new car smell. Scott came early in the morning, before I left for work, to pick up my 14 yr-old Accord that I had neglected for a long time. He detailed it inside and out for a very fair price and it looks fantastic! I didn't realize how dirty it was until it was IMMACULATE. He was obsessed with trying to get oxidation spots on the roof corrected but they are too far along to fix without painting. Then I drove my convertible Crossfire over to pick up the Accord and left it for him to detail the exterior. He delivered the car to my house and it also looks fantastic, just like new! Had my car detailed earlier this week. Picked up car and looked terrific. Noticed later that carpet not fully dry and interior smelled a bit, also that brake pad and other small area not cleaned on driver side. Called and Scott couldn't have been more accomodating and apologetic and described what would be done. Returned and John, the technician who detailed my car, too was apologetic. (Day of detailing arrived a bit late and these guys are so thorough they need the entire day to fully detail the car) John immediately took care of these items. Recommend your requesting him if you have this option. They were also able to remove a three year old hardened milk shake stain size of softball that no one else could do! read more

Scott and his team are excellent, I took my car to go see them after it had been sitting outside for over 2 years. It had some bad swirls and water oxidation marks I was unable to get out. They went above and beyond on my 05 S2000 looks fantastic and the smile I had when I went to pick it up. My baby looks show room new from the headlights to the wheels and even exhaust tips. I would highly recommend taking your car here. The only thing they could improve on is communicating back to the customer, Scott answered the phone every time I called and was very friendly and professional. Scott's friendly and high quality service made my day! I'm very thankful that he added my Toyota swagger wagon to his to-do list on such short notice. It has not looked this clean on the inside since we drove it off the dealer lot 6 years ago, and with three young kids, I've had it detailed more than a few times back in our hometown. I am blown away by this team of professionals. Scott, the owner, handles the upfront communication, which was stellar throughout the process. Jersey did the detailing and did an extraordinary job! He even fixed an annoying plastic piece under my driver's seat that broke two years ago, which delighted me. And the price stayed the same. My 2010 Honda Accord looks brand new. Seriously. Scott did an incredible job with my car. It was a 2012 Jetta sportwagon with 100K+ miles. I work out of my car so you can only imagine how dirty it was to begin. Boat Detail, I have to say I held out little hope for my 1995 Mastercraft that had been neglected under a tree for 10 years. Asheville Auto Spa breathed new life into the exterior as well as the interior of the boat. They are a boat detail gem in the mountains where I did not expect to find. Absolutely the cleanest my vehicle has been since the day it was new. First off they picked up my ( Yes ,came to my house ) I don't know where to start.. The inside now smells good , They managed to get all the dust /dirt out from the cup holders , the dash is shiny but not sticky. Everything is gone from between the seats.
