Mark was absolutely amazing. i had a one car accident when i ran along a cable wire fence to avoid hitting he semi in front of me. the entire driver side was taken out...side mirror, both doors, driver side door handle. could not even get in on driver side. when took car for estimate Mark was so gracious and fixed my car so i could get in on the drivers side. when i finally got my car to his shop, it looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. it was absolutely beautiful. i highly highly recommend Crain auto body if you need your car's body repaired. very honest and up front and great to work with. i cannot thank Mark enough for the wonderful job he did. read more

I cannot thank Mark and his crew at Crain enough. Our truck was rear-ended on 74, traveling to Asheville. The hitch and bumper were smashed, and this meant we could not tow our camper back home to Phoenix. With less than a week to leave for home, our insurance company and a (unnamed) national body shop was less than worthless. So we looked around for a local body shop, and found Cran Auto Body. Mark came through quickly with a very reasonable estimate, was incredibly reassuring and explained the whole process to me. Even pointed out things he could reuse and did not need to buy. Super honest guy! The insurance company actually agreed with his full estimate! He got us on the road with a new bumper and hitch in no time, and we got home safe and sound. Very high quality work, factory OEM parts and everything. I hope to never have to use him again, but if any of you need that level of work, Crain's is the way to go. Also, a PSA. Always buy local, never go to the Walmarts of the world if you need quality work. Unless you need a whole lot of toilet paper in a hurry. In that case, go to Walmart. Though if you are in that kind of situation you perhaps need to rethink your life choices. Otherwise, buy local, spend local. You won't regret it. read more

Well my faith in the universe is restored by mr crain and Cooper...after spending every penny I had to buy a house in this beautiful land I found a neighbor for life that couldn't have been more god sent! Driving for Lyft trying to dig out of the house hole, I dinged my fence pulling into my driveway...I immediately reversed gently but the lip of my bumper had caught on the post and I pulled the bumper off. Meanwhile it has been a slow week for the dollar, raining constantly and desperately had to rock out the driving this Friday, a holiday no less. Crawled to Crain, bumper hanging by a thread no thanks to the Canton PD for pulling me over and asking if I can't go any faster (aka lack of faith in our tax dollars servicing the public reinstilled)...made it up the mountain to this lovely auto refuge near the heavens, and got a big hug and love from Cousin Cooper who took my blood pressure down as daddy worked his swift magic, avoiding so much more injury to my work car and allowing me to drive off within minutes, although I could've spent much more time with my savior friends! In a post covid world where all the shops are overburdened and backed up because of shipping and a host of other "reasons" how could I be so lucky to find this gem who treated me like a true neighbor when that's so hard to find these days?! He's very honest, kind, and knowledgeable. After taking a look at our car, he explained to us what the damages were and what he needed to do to fix them. We are from out of town and needed to get the repairs done on a Sunday. He reached out and helped us on a Sunday morning while all other auto body shops were closed.
