I guess because i no longer wanted to use them they felt it was not necessary to inform me of this. Always unavailable and claims they do inspections..but never got inspections. I also gave them 60 days notice to terminate their services. But had to call several times to get security deposit released to me.

I even called equifax to verify I did not have any type of block in my credit file. Eboni nor Karen Hatcher were consistent with their communication. And after two weeks of waiting to hear back about my application they sent an email about "moving forward with another candidate" but didn't even communicate with me so I could fully finish mine! They are not helpful at all during your application process and I believe they pick and choose what applicant they want to move forward with for PERSONAL reasons. Not first come first serve.

This is only a portion of the issues my roommates and I have encountered and everyone i our neighborhood has similar complaints. By the way. They false advertise on their website. They posted pictures of a completely different unit and showed us an older outdated one...then attempted to charge us more when we requested that we get everything we saw in the unit we were shown and the pictures online!
