I was a member here from 6/2/25 - 12/2/25, I paid $ 70.00 a month for a family member under a 6-month contract which I made my last payment on 11/2/25. I got into a disagreement over me bring my Chihuahua with me to the gym and was told I was disrespecting his gym. I advised the owner on that day 11/10/25 that I would remove my Combo Rack and Bench bar that night from his gym and I would not be returning as my 6-month commitment had been fulfilled. This gym uses a club management app called Gym Swype so you have to sign up for service through Gym Swype and because of this I attempted to cancel my Gym Swype app to prevent me being billed for another month, however the app will not allow you to cancel. I called Gym Swype and was advised that my contract was up, but I had to wait until 12/2 to cancel my subscription. I ended up locking that card to prevent any further charges and sure enough on 12/2 Elite Fitness tried to charge my card again. I reached back out to Gym Swype and this time the lady was rude and said it was between me and the gym owner they could not cancel my account. On 12/4/25 I messaged the owner and got no reply, so I messaged him again on 12/5/25 and he finally replied to me on 12/6/25. In his reply to me he sent a screen shot showing my contract was from 6/2/25 - 12/2/25 and he said once I paid for December that would full fill the contract. I responded back to him and called him as well on that day to explain that 6 months means my last payment was made on 11/2/25 which was my 6th month and that I should not owe anything for December. I got no replies despite me messaging the owner on Facebook, texting him and calling him. I emailed Gym Swype and they again told me they could not help me close the membership and if I choose to not pay this that it will be sent to collections. Because of this I went ahead and paid another $70.00 making it my 7th monthly payment. Once again called over the owner, left a voicemail, and sent 2 messages but still have not heard back.

But if your like me trying to take care of your family. Pay your bill. Don't even go in there. My wife is on disability. They try to take her money. Nobody ever answer the phone. Thank god, there is a God. My bank is giving my money back again, repeatedly.
