I love this Planet Fitness. I wish to give a compliment to an employee. Her name is JANA. She's always so helpful encouraging she helps you with understanding how to work the equipment she's always so patient. She's also a good worker because I always see her cleaning and filling up the containers, which is great so if there's a spray bottle that doesn't work, she quickly replaces it. The tanning beds are clean clean the equipment is sparkling. Love it here. I feel welcomed.

Wasn't going to sit by and see all this slander. It sounds like everyone complaining wasn't here to even use the gym. There's no way to control how many people are in line ahead of you. One of the best and cleanest gyms I've been to. I choose to drive an extra 10 minutes to this planet fitness compared to one closer to my house. read more

I love this gym!!! Always so clean, very friendly and helpful staff. You just need to know when to fight the crowds because everyone wants to go when they get off work at 5 pm. You have to either STUCK IT UP or just go a different time. Overall great gym and will always continue to go. Plus they have tanning!!! read more

I never met anyone so unorganized in my life. They will sit there and mark your name off of their lists for their black card spa without you even being able to go into what you signed up for and then they will sit there and make you wait while 1-2 and sometimes 3 more people go in front of you. That's why I left. I joined primarily for the Body Enhancement booth. Never did get to use it. Tried different times of day. It was always a wait of 45 minutes to an hour. You can't go workout during your wait because you are not able to hear them call for you. So you sit. The machines, et al are fine. Probably worth the $10 membership. read more
