Customer service is perfect, literally so great, I absolutely feel so comfortable emotionally AND physically. He was very accommodating to my needs- went so far as to get me a blanket while I laid on the machine that stretches my neck (the best thing everrrrr!!) because I was cold in the room. He pushes pressure points that release the muscles, and on me often uses TENS units (little nerve stimulater patches), heat, some striking tools (muscle busters!) and has different tables depending on the issue you're having. (one is motorized and swivels and such to stretch hip muscles, etc.) He's open, relaxed and friendly, and it's clear his aim is to make you feel better. Never a hard sell, and his receptionist is as sweet as can be!
