This is a privately-owned dealership, and you can tell by the service you receive. They have a great selection, and the sales associates are very nice and knowledgeable. (Thank you, Barry!) There were no hidden fees, so what they told us we would pay is what we paid. (They do offer some add-on warranties, but these are all clearly explained, and there is no pressure to add them.) When we picked up the RV, the walkthrough was informative, and any small issues that were pointed out were all very quickly addressed. They continue to check in to make sure we are enjoying our camper, which I greatly appreciate, and we're about to take it in for a few warranty punch-list items. We drove 3 hours to purchase the RV, and I can tell you the people, the deal, and the service were all amazing. I can't recommend them enough! If we had to do it all over again, we absolutely would.

When asked what shop supplies he used other than the charge for mounting the tires he said he cleaned the new tires. He feels this charge that he puts on every bill is fair. If you have been charged this I would file a complaint with the OH Attorney General to recover this illegal charge

Around noon they took lunch and came back around 1pm. The guy working the cash register came out and told me that they couldn't get me in today. I questioned him about it because I was next on the list. Well he stated that I had left so he put someone else in my spot whenever I was sitting in the lobby the whole time. I brought that up to him and he kept denying that I was there waiting whenever he had walked past me about 5-6 times during my wait. But he ended up becoming rude after realizing he was in the wrong, so I got rude and was told to leave. I will never be going to this place again as long as he still works there.

We went to another dealership to look at and test-drive a Ford Bronco Sport, then went back to this dealership for my wife to test-drive the Crosstrek. The salesman asked my wife for her driver's license, which she provided (as she did at the Ford dealership). The salesman then asked for a copy of our insurance, and she produced our USAA insurance information on my cellphone, but the salesman said he needed a physical copy. When my wife noted that the Ford dealership permitted her to test-drive a vehicle by presenting only her license, the salesman abruptly and rudely told my wife, "We don't want your business," and, at that point, we left the dealership, never to return. If someone at this dealership will treat a customer so rudely over something so insignificant, it isn't a dealership with which we care to do business.
