If you want the voice command to randomly come on by itself and transmission, blindspot and backup system errors on your car appear you've hit the jackpot! If you want to be sold a car with known damage not being disclosed to you, Moses is your place! And if you want a service department and corporation to "recognize there is a problem but don't know how to fix it" then look no further than Moses and Honda! I purchased my car in August of 2021 with 8 miles to its name. I noticed dents in the side passenger door when I took the vehicle home. When I called, Moses said the dents must have happened when I was driving it home.Then I received a call three weeks later. Moses knew about three dents in the car but sold it to me anyway as evident in them ordering parts to fix it prior to me purchasing it. I tried to schedule multiple appointments to get it fixed but the "dent person isn't there that day". They said I must come in "immediately" or they wouldn't cover it. After a one star review on Google about the situation they fixed the car. I thought the nightmare was over, but it was just getting started. Since then my car has had a transmission failure error, blind spot system failure error and backup system failure error. The dashboard (including speedometer) and entertainment system blacks out and the sound will go off for 20-30 seconds and come back on. The voice command will come on multiple times by itself, stay on for 10-30 seconds at a time and then turn off. The dashboard flickers. The AC will turn on and off by itself, usually correlated with when voice command is acting up. The cars screens will load for well over one minute before ever displaying any information. The response I received for these issues? Don't use your phone with the car and don't use Apple Play. I quote from a letter they sent: "The issue only happens when a phone is connected...American Honda makes no representations or guarantees to the functionality of 3rd party apps with Honda's products."

After waiting on just the scan to find problem and repeated delay for same. We had to rent an enterprise car to complete trip, 2 days and had keep rental for week to get home. Still no progress on our pre scan, after several calls, More delays. After 7 days and no one checking our car we again rented a U-Hall truck and tow dolly to return to NC. (350miles each way} Still the only response from mosses was to busy after 8 days to just scan. What gives How long does a scan take and no offer to help with rental. Very disappointed in the service and action taken by your staff! . I returned car to Hickory Dealership had answer next day +

    This review is for the auto detailing service that they provide…read more I spent $70+ for someone to wipe down the inside of my car with what smelled like a dirty rag. There were streaks everywhere and they didn't even clean the rear view mirror. They had my car for about 4 hours but I can guarantee it only took them an hour at the most. They claimed my paint was too faded to wax, so I took it home and waxed it myself. I could have paid a teenager $20 and probably would have gotten better results. It's so disappointing to pay someone for a job they didn't do.

    DO NOT GO HERE! Rude, unprofessional, no responses, and…read morejust a terrible experience! I called about a car and spent 2 days trying to get information and a deal set up. The salesperson I was given wasn't even working while texting me, had his phone set to not give notifications showing through text messages with iPhones, took over 2 hours to get a deal sheet sent to me. When calling the dealership was sent to voicemail 3 different time until I asked for someone to actually speak to but no one told me my sales person wasn't working. I let them run a hard inquiry on my credit and was approved for the vehicle and was just trying to get to the numbers needed. Parker the salesperson kept saying he would get with his manager after setting up child care and getting off work early they never got back with me with numbers when calling no one would answer so I did not make the over hour drive. I called the general manager Chris and left a message at 4pm and never got a call a back and Parker never got back with me on if we could make the trade. I called at 7:30 to see who I was approved through Brian a financial manager called me back giving me my rates and numbers asking if I was coming to get it and when mentioning leaving voicemails and no one answering me he said he called me and had to leave a voicemail which I called back in 2 mins after. Asking to speak with a manger Chris got on the phone asking if what the problem was and if I was coming in and I said not if we can't make it happen and that it was too late because they were closing and no one got back with me he said to "blame the customers" because they were too busy and I told him if they were they should have more sales people and to that he said "I've sold 10 cars today and you're the only one upset" I told him it could have been 11 if they would have gotten back and he said "you could have just came in and we would have put you into rotation" I was up front from the start the number I needed to be at and that I wasn't making the drive unless it a deal before I came in. We were 1000 off and Chris said he added $500 to which I was never told and he asked "did Chris not tell you" and when asking him to do the other $500 he started being rude telling me I should've just came in and it's not his fault. When telling Chris the issues I had he couldn't take responsibility for dropping ball but blaming the customers for the unprofessional, rude, and terrible experience!
