They seem to have loyal customers and I understand why. I brought in five quartz watches and took a seat in one of the two chairs inside the shop. The shop itself is bright and airy with multiple displays of watches and accessories. The gentlemen who did the work commented that four of my watches have the same Swiss movement. I wasn't sure about one of them so I learned something today in addition to getting batteries replaced. Street parking was free and plentiful near the shop on an early Friday afternoon. The price was very fair and the work completed while I waited. They also gave me a card for one watch battery free after five purchased. Since I have one more quartz battery watch at home that I will bring in when its battery needs to be replaced.

I was going to pick up the lawn mower but received a text from Jack who happened to have a worker not far from where I lived and he dropped it off w/o charging me for the service. The mower looks like new, he cleaned it up, sharpened the blades and it starts on the first pull. The charge was very reasonable. I sent them my 1976 Harman-Kardon 630 stereo receiver on December 28, 2018 for repair service so I could give the unit to my son for his 50th birthday. I approved the estimate and repair was done, but the unit failed during final testing and couldn't be restored to proper operation. Ordinary service centers would probably refund my original shipping and estimate costs and call it a day. But not Audiosonic Service! They offered me a replacement unit (in this case an upgrade Harman-Kardon 730), fully restored at THEIR expense! It took a lot of time and effort on their part to accomplish this, I received the 730 on August 10, 2019, but it has been worth the wait. Thank you so much, Evan and Mark!

I went to TimeScape for the first time today with a couple of needs for different watches…read more My biggest ask was needing someone to investigate if I needed a new movement -- I brought the same watch to a different vendor at MOA a few months ago.... They told me I needed a new movement which would cost me $200 and take 2 months to get the parts and repair it.... Well, long story short, TimeScape was able to diagnose the issue in 5 minutes and all it cost me was $20 for a replacement battery! Overall, the folks at TimeScape were very friendly and obviously provided fair/honest service for my watches. I'm definitely coming back for my future watch repairs!
