I don't know what the other reviews are complaining about, they were very transparent with what they were willing to do. I walked out the same day with a check and deposited it with no problems. Everyone was really kind and they even gave my girlfriend a free chocolate bar! If I ever have anything else to sell, I'd definitely head to Royal again.

When you walk inside you do not get the feel of being in a traditional pawn shop. It's very clean and well organized. Oliver and another gentleman whose name I can't remember assisted me during my visit. They were very kind and patience while explaining the process of how their store works. Although I was taken care of by these two gentlemen, I also met the rest of the staff in the building. They all came out to introduced themselves and say "hi". After my visit I received a call from the store manager thanking me for being a customer at their shop. I thought that was extremely kind of her to take time and contact me. So I got it back and took it to A to Z, remembering they're a pawn shop not just a store. The service was friendly like always. I handed over the crown and wandered around while he weighed and tested it to determine purity. When they had an offer ready for me it was a lot better than the other place and closer to what I was expecting. We made the deal and I got paid in cash. My loved one was happy and so was I with the fair business conducted here. And like I mentioned in my older review, they have some cool merch in their store and the prices are fair.
