Guys in here are weird, super rude and standoffish. Went in to look at glass pieces and this guy with thinning hair crossed his arms and tried to act all tough because he felt we didn't give him the proper greeting of the day or something. You can't have parking as dog water as yours and then cross your arms and act all tough when someone comes into store and looks at the glass instead of your receding hairline. i've gotten two vapes recently, they both are slightly broken, pulse doesn't work, the ones i've bought here before were not broken so I dont know if it's an issue with the shop or what, they also have incorrect labels online for usage and puff range. This place is definitely a hidden gem! I was looking for a smoke shop closer to me; saw the pictures and checked out the solo review on here and decided to quickly stop by before they closed. P A R K I N G : There is free street parking (2hr. limit?), I believe there's parking in the back (if you're on N.Main, make a right at the light and the parking lot is the first right). I N S I D E: It's absolutely gorgeous inside. Simple but it gives the focus on their products, not like other shops where they jam pack everything and it's overwhelming to figure out where to start. This shop is very clean, organized and spacious. S E R V I C E : I already knew what I wanted before I got there but decided to get 2 juices instead of 1. Johnny (?) was helping me out, very nice and gave me a great deal. He mentioned that they opened about 2 months ago and that they have 2 other stores in Richmond and San Ramon (??). This used to be my favorite smoke shop as it's in a convienent location, but this is the second time I show up and the same worker is not wearing a mask. As much as I like their prices and their range of products, it is not worth going somewhere that doesn't enforce their employees to follow COVID-19 guidelines. I also did not feel safe because a customer (who also wasn't wearing a mask) had his larger dog which came up to me and started barking. I was told he bites sometimes. I love animals, but not happy to have a dog who potentially bites come up to me. There are other smoke shops further away that I would much rather go to because they actually care for their customers safety and health. read more

Im not sure if the middle eastern man is the owner or an employee but wow he really knows how to turn away money. He was rude my first visit there and for my second visit he didnt even bother greeting me or helping me out at all even though I was the only one in the store. Awesome smoke shop close to home that has it all! The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. I love how large the store is once you actually walk in - great atmosphere and clean layout. There's no added stress or pressure to buy anything upon your entering, and the energy is more on the "peaceful and calm" side, which is refreshing compared to other local smoke shops. They carry a wide variety of products from packs of cigarettes and rolling tobacco, a plethora of glass products (even beautiful pendants and "one of a kind" pieces), posters, CBD products, a great selection of wraps and papers and much, much more! Definitely my new favorite smoke shop in the Walnut Creek area, and far surpasses the old favorite - now called "The Cave" in SO many different ways! This is a great shop! It just opened, so I think that's why there aren't many reviews yet. I came in with only a vague idea of what I wanted and the staff was super helpful and patient while I narrowed down my options from a pretty broad selection. I found a nice piece for a good price, and I'm sure I'll be back. The shop is in a good central location (near the corner of N Main and Treat/Geary) but parking could be tricky. There was parking on the side of the building when I went (the driveway right after the Wendy's drive thru exit), but there are only a couple of spots. If there isn't street parking, your best bet might be to park in the Wendy's and walk from there. Check this place out! read more

Found This place on yelp The location is where are the old trophy shop used to be, right next to Wendy's drive through. It has some parking to the right of the building. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable. The interior is clean and we'll organized. It has a wide selection of smoke and tobacoo products like 3 flavors of backwoods (Russian cream?!?). Tons of rollong paper/accessories and plenty of glass at different price ranges. They also had tons of vape and batteries. I recommend stopping in to take a look. It's only been open less then a month and it already looks great. The have hisi and zob as well as other Cali glass artists. I will be back. read more

Hands down one of the cleanest and most professional shops i've visited in the Bay Area. The selection isn't cheap chinese glass - its all local hand blown glass as well as excellent brands such as AMG. These guys are the KINGS of leaving early. Left work during lunch to show up 25 minutes before their posted closing time just to arrive a building locked up w/gates and no lights on! Good products but employees change prices based on if they like you or not. I've paid $30 and $5 at different times for the same items. Sometimes $60 for two, sometimes $15 for two with the SAME clerk. I really wanted to support these guys especially Bc Blue Cave and Legends are the only other shops near by, but they just can't their sh*t together and really, it's sad. read more
