While I was walking by this funny-named store, I couldn't help going in. What in the world do they sell here? Even though I don't smoke anything at all, you can still appreciate the beautiful glass work they have here. Lots of pipes of every color and variety. Sold me a Baton vape. It came with two refillable pods. They said they were out of additional pods but they were going to receive more pods early the next week. Returned next week and "something went wrong" the pods will be in later this week. Returned and same story. It has been over three weeks and five trips to see if the pods had arrived. When I went in yesterday they said the pods should be in next week "sometime". So they have sold me a product I cannot use. When I asked who the manager was, the clerk said there is no manager - "we are all managers here" (and that MAY be the issue). When I asked who the owner was he said "we are not allowed to give out that information". I guess if I owned a shop that was that poorly operated, I wouldn't want customers to know who I was either. I was told by the drab sales staff this morning that they cannot tell me what day their manager is going to be in "because it's illegal". I had previously been offered a tiny discount on a $400 item by their manager who indicated he would do the same on future purchases. While it's completely understandable and reasonable that the people working today didn't have the authority to give me the same courtesy, their BS excuses and inability to even text, call their manager, or have the decency to tell me what day their manager would be in was super annoying and completely idiotic. I'm actually glad because I drove over to a shop with a very similar name on Contra Costa Blvd where the sales staff were above & beyond NICE and FRIENDLY, and eager to make a sale... and I ended up spending $400 happily. I hope the owner has the foresight to read these reviews and take action; or if you stand by your staff, please explain how it's illegal to tell your customers how they can get in touch with a manager because in my twelve years as an employment and workers comp paralegal, I've yet to come across this BS. I'm so glad I found this place! I came in to replace a Battery, but left with so much more. The prices on CBD here are really good, and the specific brand I got seems to be just as good as the brand I've been using. The new brand I will be using is 30$ for 1,000mg vs 40$ for 250-350mg which is HUGE to me. I usually reserve using my CBD vape (I use an olive oil tincture for the biggest dose upon arising, afternoon, and before bed) for bedtime, or a stressful situation, but now I'll be able to use it anytime. Needing a minimum of around 250mg a day (and feeling best with upwards of 900-1,000mg a day) this means my quality of life will be dramatically improved. I'm extremely grateful. SHADY staff avoid - I use to frequent this shop pretty often. The young lady before was nice and helpful. Started to pickup vaping again and decided to swing by here as it's convenient and close. 2 guys were behind the counter and one of them quoted me buy 3 get 1 so I picked out 4, then he says for your 5th one? I asked didn't you just say buy 3 get 1, the guy says no it was buy 4 get 1. Clearly trying to run me up and I saw them giggling behind the counter. Doesn't matter too much for me since I probably make 10x what these sad souls make. But definitely not coming back. Use to drop about $150/week here before I quit vaping, gotta find a new spot now. DO NOT PAY CASH! I have been a customer of the cave since they opened a few years ago. Today I purchased a $300 Puff co peak from the cave because the guy working said that he recommends this device to everyone. I later realized the device I bought was broken when I opened the box, and the device would not power on. I called the cave back, and was told to come in to find out what was wrong. I return to the cave and the guy working examined the device. He agreed that it was broken, but refused to exchange the broken device I bought from him for a new one. He insisted that it was no fault of his own that he sold me a broken device a few hours ago, and told me to go through the manufacturers warranty. I now have to spend an extra 40 dollars on shipping for a device that I have not even used. Beware the cave they sell defective products and will not give you a refund. read more

*WARNING* *COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS* *DO NOT COME HERE* Very shady business going on at this shop. I came in on the 19th of March. This was my first time at this shop. I was looking for Puff Brand XXL 1600, I called to confirm that they had it. I went inside, it is your typical shop with glass and vape products. I purchased 2 Puff XXL in flavors: Papaya Strawberry, and Aloe Mango Melon. Lady behind the counter says I can test them outside and bring them back if they leaked or had no battery. I tested them out, and immediately something was not right, the flavor seemed very off. I went inside to let her know that the flavor is just not right, she says no exchanges or returns in regards to flavor. Okay... I thought it was just me who was not used to the new flavor. However, I decided to check the authenticity via serial code through the Puff Bar verification website. Just to find out that both vapes I bought @$25 each were COUNTERFEIT! To add to that, Aloe Mango Melon is not a flavor that Puff makes. This made me very frustrated so I had to go back and let them know that they have FAKE Puff bars that they are selling to other customers. I came back the next day and spoke to CHRIS that was behind the counter. I explained to him the situation, told him that I was sold FAKES, and surprisingly, he did not care! His first excuse was that the vapes has been sitting for months. He then went on reading some note they had under the desk stating that Puff Verification would come back as counterfeit because of the Puff system updating. I believe that is a complete lie and excuse. He didn't have another excuse when I told him that one of the flavors they are selling aren't even being made by Puff Brand. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS even if the product you bought from them was a COUNTERFEIT. They could not even offer me store credit, or some sort of customer satisfaction. The fact that they were not concerned AT ALL for selling FAKES, makes me believe that they KNOW they are selling fakes. I used to go here frequently to buy their flumes at Phyre pens but after today never again. My last purchase was about two days ago, and the pen died within the first 24 hours of using it. I went in today, to buy another one and she told me to test it and make sure and they would replace it if something was wrong with it. So I went back in while I was still at the store and said I believe the pen is dying and she responded with I can't replace it if it still working. Unbelievable they should not sell product if the client is stating that it has problems. Which means that entire batch that they have sitting on their shelf is faulty and it's such a waste of $27 out of another customer's pocket. I will never go back to the cave again, they have horrible customer service and after just stating that I had purchased a pen from them not even two days ago and it had died to tell them again that they have battery problems telling me they can't replace it because it's still working... When I walked back in seconds later after seeing the charge, they couldn't "refund" me... what do you mean? It's not a refund, you over charged me!! After arguing with the employee for a couple minutes he swore up and down there is no way to do a refund of any kind. What kind of system lets you charge but not refund? Ok you can't refund my card?
