I think it all boils down to greed. They care more about the dollar and less about customer service. This company should consider promoting less trips at one time in order to hone in on their customer service. They continue to charge your card for a paid off trip and then take forever to refund the overpayment. The owner doesn't care to provide a novelty gift for customers even when one was stated. Agents I've done business with in the past provided their clients with little thank you gifts.....even if it was just hand sanitizer. This company is too cheap to do any of that.

Lori is a fierce leader who was a guardian angel for our family. I have also personally gone on tours with Lori out of the country and she brings organization, humor, and a fantastic vacation!
