I'm writing this while on the second 9 hour layover at JFK! We were told that she went to a lot of trouble to make sure we were all seated together but in fact no one was seated together. Service was nearly nonexistent, one passenger had her name misspelled on her reservation, when the agency was told this was "no problem, it happens all the time", when she got to the airport she was told she would be denied boarding! It was only through the efforts of the Delta agent that she made the flight. I have a CPAP machine and was told that it could not be used on the plane, but Delta arranged it with no problem. All in all it seemed to me a less than professional service!

Booking with Nick, technically for a second time, was the best decision we could have made! Nick took care of everything, from start to finish. Not only did he make sure our travel plans were perfectly timed and stress-free, he was also wildly knowledgeable. He was able to suggest several different resorts, based on what we were looking for, down to the smallest detail, as we as a group had a very clear vision of what we were looking for. With all of the options out there it felt very much like a "needle in a haystack" situation, but Nick saved us all the legwork!
