I live in Avon, NY, which is about a half hour from Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. This taxi service refused to come pick me up and bring me home. Which left me scrambling to find another taxi service to bring me home, which I was lucky enough to find. The man for this taxi service was rude and uncaring. He is very unprofessional and should not be taking riders. Hence the no star rating. Better time spent looking for a medical taxi service, who actually does their job. Enough said...

The night before our first day of touring, I received a call from Roxy. She introduced herself and let me know that we had been upgraded to a limo bus!
