I will NEVER recommend this travel agency to anyone! Their communication is lacking big time. They tend to relay important information at the last minute or not all. I think it all boils down to greed. They care more about the dollar and less about customer service. This company should consider promoting less trips at one time in order to hone in on their customer service. They continue to charge your card for a paid off trip and then take forever to refund the overpayment. The owner doesn't care to provide a novelty gift for customers even when one was stated. Agents I've done business with in the past provided their clients with little thank you gifts.....even if it was just hand sanitizer. This company is too cheap to do any of that. read more

This is the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. They lie. When they say they are going to call you back they don't. They don't do anything they say they are going to do. When I got to my destination there was a charge that I didn't know I was going to have to pay. They can't be trusted. I give them a zero rating and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend anyone to do business with them. They gave horrible customer service. read more

I've traveled with this agency several times and I have NEVER been disappointed. Each traveler is treated personally and respectfully. The most difficult traveler is listened to and needs met. I was on a trip and became ill. The owner checked on me regularly and other travelers did the same. This is NOT just a travel agency, SHS is a positive experience creator.
