10 minutes ago I will never buy another item from this store! They were horrible to work with and their furniture is such terrible quality! We worked with Shawn and he was terrible salesman who never returned calls or could get a job done. Nobody ever knew what the other person was doing. And when I would call to speak to a manager no one seemed to know who that was. We bought a sectional that broke with in a few months of having it. They refused to fix it even though we were under a warranty saying it was a deliberate brake. we had some other professionals look at it that said there was no way that was possible and that the supportive beam was already cracked for it to break the way it did. However Ashley Furniture and Shawn refused....and then never called me and just held onto our couch for 6 months. it took 6 MONTHS!!! To get our "Still broken" couch back from them because NO one calls you back or follows up! It's a complete joke! Don't shop there they will RIP you off! I plan to fight this as we paid a lot of money for a piece of crap! read more

Prices are pretty good. Went for a mattress. They only carry their own brand of memory foam, and don't have competitors as they don't want to compete against themselves. (Like going to Walmart and seeing nothing but Great Value brand food). The prices are decent all things considered, but furniture isn't the best quality, however for the price it is a good tradeoff. Sales reps are friendly, but don't feel completely dedicated to the job. read more

You can't beat these prices. Sure they don't deliver, but they help load it into your truck, and that's how they keep their prices low. I'd rather pick it up myself than pay more. Besides, a couple of them will deliver it on their own time, if you ask them, for about $100. Which is worth it, because they're really nice and will assemble it for you. I've compared prices to other places in town, and actually have seen the same exact furniture, but at Ashley it's always hundreds cheaper. Plus, their salesmen are great. They don't attack you, but they will help you whenever you need it. So if you want space they will give it to you. If you talk to the right people, it will be a pleasant experience, even if you get sent the wrong thing or broken items (which doesn't happen very often). If you talk to one of the better employees, it will be quick and painless. If you are looking to buy furniture, I've found that this place is the best. Low prices are enough motivation for me. read more

DON'T BUY A MATTRESS HERE!!! I can't speak for their other furniture, but the mattress we got is HORRIBLE. My husband and I were initially pleased with the mattress - it was comfortable, and I even talked the sales guy down on the price. We had decided it was worth it to spend a bit more to get a good mattress in order to get better sleep. Well, too bad we didn't get a good mattress for all that money. Just ONE YEAR later, it is no good. The middle is sinking in and we both are sleeping awful. My husband found out one of his coworkers got a bad mattress from here, too. Theirs had a big hole in the middle after seven months. There are little springs inside the mattress and apparently they fall over!! And according to the warranty guy, that problem is common. No way to fix it, and their "warranty" is absolute crap. I repeat, DO NOT BUY HERE! Get a cheap mattress from Sam's instead with a nice topper from Bed Bath & Beyond or Kohl's. read more

I'm horrified at the experience we have had at Ashley Furniture in Logan. First when we in and there were kids running it blasting eminem rough the showroom. We ended up paying cash for a mattress . We were told 7-10 days for it to arrive. At 10 days started called and 7 weeks later still no mattress or a refund. The owners refuse to take our calls. They are true thieves and liars, NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND WE WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW. At this point we have called GET Gephardt to try and get our money back!!!! read more

Buyer beware!!! Purchased an expensive bedroom set (over 2500.00), they don't deliver, brought it home and assembled it (what a pain). Found that the leather headboard was defective/damaged. Couldn't assemble bed. Reported it to the Logan store, "Shaun" (owner/manager?) was very unconcerned. Requested me to send him pictures...afterwards no response for over a week until I contacted Corporate Office. Meanwhile my bed is on the floor and the bedroom has the assembly parts all around the room. Shaun requested me (the customer) to bring the defective product back to store (an hour drive). Am I the customer to be further inconvenienced by receiving a defective product as if it were my fault thus my problem? Furthermore, wanted me to change with a display headboard when I had paid for a new one! Didn't hear back for over another week, bed still on floor pieces about the bedroom. Received an Email (finally) requesting my address, I responded and requested to know what the plan was so we could coordinate date and time. Haven't heard back since, over another week has past. It's approaching a month now and no resolution in site. I hope you learn from my mistake and avoid this merchant. read more

First of all they said they could ship it to a store close to me. But instead we had to pick it up in Logan (2 hours away from us) and when we opened the boxes the dresser and one of the nightstands were already severely damaged. They are impossible to talk to and get anything done. Here we are a year and three months later and finally getting the replacements. After all the hassle of them losing my furniture and not agreeing it was damaged enough to replace it, I would NEVER buy anything from thme again. read more

They gave us the wrong couch. Then, once we finally convinced them of that, they made us return the wrong couch from Salt Lake City and pick up the new one on our dime. The customer service was terrible and they were terrible to work with. Nobody knows what the other person is doing and everyone passes the buck to the next guy. Owner of the store is very rude. Attempted to address a concern with him over the phone regarding a recent purchase. His response was "we are very busy right now and you are wasting my time" and then hung up the phone. Unwilling to listen and or resolve. While the prices may be attractive - the quality, customer service and experience is very poor. Save yourself the time and money of purchasing from this store. You may pay more for quality furniture and delivery elsewhere - but it is worth it in the end. Buyer beware as they are unwilling to resolve any concerns with purchases. FYI - All Ashely Furniture stores in Salt Lake will match Logan store prices and deliver. read more

Subpar/sloppy customer service, then once they have your money it gets even worse. We bought some furniture without the full disclosure of what they were made of. Turns out they're made out of what seems like MDF (medium-density fiberboard). Having worked with different lumber materials before, I can tell you that MDF is not what you want to use for a bed, sofa, etc. or anything that your family rests their weight on consistently. It's basically wood particles (sawdust) glued and pressed into board and often given a covering to make it look like it has woodgrain. One of the pieces we ordered came to us with a huge split, that's when we got that sick feeling in our gut that we been had. Their prices are low because their materials apparently are one grade above cardboard. It's best to spend those hundreds of dollars on something sturdy, like real wood. Once you sign their forms they fall back behind their "No refunds" policy and refuse to even get you to the manager ("he's busy, in a meeting, gone for the day," etc.). We felt swindled and angry, more at ourselves for putting too much trust in what would seem on the surface a higher-quality furniture store. read more
