I ordered my daughter an Ashley bedroom suite from Rooms for Less on April 5, 2014 and it has been…read morenothing but a headache. When I placed the order the man who wrote my order up was confused about what bed pieces he needed to order, which resulted in the wrong bed being ordered. We were told we would be called the next Friday to set up delivery for Saturday. After waiting all day for a call my husband called them. He was told he would receive a call back. After an hour of no call back he called them again only to be told that they didn't have our entire order and the piece that was missing wouldn't be in for another few weeks. He asked that they deliver the pieces they did have in stock. Despite initially being told that we would have a Saturday delivery they told us the earliest they could deliver it was Monday. At delivery is when we found out that they had ordered the wrong bed. I called back to the store on Monday, during delivery, to let them know of their mistake and the wrong bed being in my house, to which I was again told that I would receive a call back, which again never happened! After a few hours I decided to drive to the store and go in person that way I didn't have to wait anymore for phone calls that were not going to come. The woman put in the order in, in front of me, and told me that she was hoping to get it put on the truck they already had out this week. When we first placed our order we were told that Ashley arrives in 7 days. Now that we are waiting for her bed we are told that it takes 10 to 12 days for Ashley to come in. On top of that 10-12 days they are making us wait an additional week for delivery. We are now being told that it will be May before our daughter has a bed. We were lied to at our initial order and now they are doing nothing to ensure that we are satisfied customers. We have hardly even gotten an apology. I would not recommend this store to anyone! It might cost a little more to order from someone else, but that money would be well spent to not deal with the headache of this store and their associates!
