Not only did they not deliver my order, they didn't answer the phone or send a message that they would not fulfill my order. Life happens and I understand if they would have been a day late, but the order was not filled and no message was sent to let me know they couldn't do it. They took my money and then did absolutely NOTHING for me. They should close their business if they aren't going to offer the services they advertise.

Recently I had an issue where the fruit was left at my house with no actual knock or doorbell ring. I called the next day and they were super nice about it and offered to remake the order and send it out to us. Every business makes mistakes, but how they handled this mistake made it a great customer service experience for me. I highly recommend this location!

Three weeks later i call and she says she has been so busy because of a funeral. I was really shocked that I couldn't have gotten at least a small call or email before then and now im two months out waiting on her. A week later I got the quote and HELL NO! It is very true what everyone says, wedding flowers are expensive. It took at least a month and a half just to get the right quote. Communication was horrible and my order was still wrong!! The most specific flower i asked for only had three of them. We ended up doing the arbors and table ourselves and they looked great. I would not recommend them for big events and I wouldn't expect to get direct communication.
