    Horrendous customer service and a very poor mattress quality. This particular store is horrible;…read morethey delivery me a mattress that was harder than the mattress that was showed to me in the showroom. Plus, the saleswoman made me signed many different digital documents from which she did not want give me a copy of it. When I reported that I was unsatisfied with the hard mattress they informed me that I had to Waite 31 days, before I could get a softer mattress. I treated the manager with a dispute with my Visa card, and finally they replaced with another one that Has a hard quality also, even though it is supposed to be a "Eastern and Foster State Soft mattress". To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it. The second mattress is hard as stone and hurt my back bones. I do not recommend this horrendous store to any one, there are other stores around the same mall that you can check before making a purchase With this problematic store.

I was shown the set and explained about the different options for purchase. After explaining some of the new features like a USB hub I was sold on the purchase. The delivery was quick and the guys that handled it were in and out in less than one hour. I had a positive experience and would recommend the Valley Stream location for a visit.

When the installers arrived with the stove, they had no clue how to install the stove beyond plugging it into the wall. They just left it to us to figure out what to do. We had to call an electrician to make some changes and someone else to cut out a space in the counter top. After it was all said and done we spent well beyond $100 to install it. The worst part is that I had to provide an invoice for proof of purchase in order to receive the rebate, but P. C. Richards could not even provide me with an invoice. I asked several times and they kept emailing a delivery notice instead and insisting that this was all the proof of purchase I needed. When I went online to provide my information for Frigidaire, it would not send. I tried numerous times on different devices and asked others to help, to no avail. The send button simply did not work. I finally sent my information with a copy of my credit card statement as proof of purchase, as well as the delivery notice in a certified mail. When I did not hear back, I searched for Frigidaire contact information, which was not easy to find. When I called Frigidaire's phone number, I was put on hold for nearly an hour. I spoke with someone who told me that I was denied because I did not have an invoice. I asked why I did not receive notice. They said they could not send me an email telling me that I was denied, because I had not emailed them with my email address. Now I am back to square one again, asking P. C. Richards for an invoice. I actually would have bought this oven without the promise of a rebate. I would have been happy with my oven, but I now feel tricked into buy it and then lied to. I feel like they never intended to honor this incentive anyway. When I called for the fourth time, I asked for the manager, who was not available and never returned my call. I don't ever want to do business with the Oceanside, NY P. C. Richards ever again. I will certainly not ever buy another Frigidaire product. After I wrote this review, I called the P.C. Richards in Norwalk and they provided me with the invoice within less than a minute. I wish I had gone to them first.

Pete, the representative who assisted us, was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. He was very informative about the different styles and brands of mattresses and, while being very eager to help, still gave us ample time and space to test out the products. After looking into financing and giving the purchase some thought, we decided it was not within our financial budget to make the purchase. A few days later, I received a call from the the District Manager, Jim, who was also very polite and helpful in trying to make sure the purchase would work for myself and my girlfriend, without any added pressure to make the sale. Ultimately, we worked out a deal that did in fact fit our budget and we decided to purchase the bed we liked best. They even honored the Labor Day sale and special offer that had been going on when we first went to the store. Upon trying to inform both Pete and Jim we were willing to make the purchase, I had some trouble contacting both employees. A third employee, Charles, was just as helpful and cordial as both Jim and Pete in helping us finalize our purchase. We spoke a few times on the phone and he made sure the purchase was what we wanted and that it would be delivered when we wanted it. 2 days after finalizing our decision, we were sleeping comfortably on our brand new Serta Beautyrest Legend. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and the great customer service we received from the representatives of Sleepy's. I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

Due to an error on their end our delivery was now for tomorrow. Guess what no call no delivery scheduled. Just bad business we are at the point we're just gonna suffer with the one we have and save ourselves 1200.00 they just lost a customer.

The box springs was even taken out of the original plastic wrap. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the credit to my AMEX for the box spring to appear. By July 24, the credit ($271.87) was not on my AMEX nor was it in their system. On July 24 I spoke to the store manager, Sanjay, where I bought the merchandise he indicated it should appear soon. On August 3, there was no credit to my AMEX account and in speaking with the store manager again, he indicated that there was nothing he could do and that it was something that "corporate" needed to address. He gave me a case number and indicated that "corporate" would be in touch within me in 48 hours. As of Aug. 6, I had not been contacted so I phoned the local store again. I spoke with the person who sold me the mattress, Daniel, who indicated he would look into it. Later that morning, I spoke with him and at that time he noted that I should see the credit by next Friday, August 15, about 20 days after I had the box spring returned. This should be simple credit transaction not requiring multiple follow-ups and resolving the matter as promised (i.e. in 3-5 business days). I phoned the customer service number on August 6 to check on the status of the credit but, the prompts would not allow me to do so. And I was unable to speak with a person to resolve the matter. Similarly, the live chat online feature could not provide any information on the status of my case and the related credit. It's 2025! We can order items online, receive them the same day and if needed return them through a smooth process (e.g. Amazon) with no customer friction. Mattress Firm and its parent company are negligent in resolving a simple crediting of funds. Perhaps they are just taking the "float" on the credit amount which I suspect is quite large when you add up all the refunds. Whatever the reason, I won't be shopping there again and I would urge others to strongly consider other options for purchasing a mattress.

Tried one and thought I liked it. Once it delivered I soon realized it wasn't the right choice after some nights. Was trying to get them to replace the one I just bought and flat out telling them I'd pay more for a different mattress. They refused due to their new policy they made a week before I went, saying I had to wait 21 days for an exchange. I have gone 2 weeks now and my sleep has worsened as well as increased body aches. I decided to buy a new mattress somewhere else and I never plan to buy from this company again
