When they delivered it, they knocked every piece of art off the wall (not one or two - all of them). Obviously they didn't do it intentionally and the driver told me to call the store and let them know what happened. I did that numerous times but could never get anyone on the phone (hint: pretend you are looking to buy something). So after two months I wrote a review similar to this one. Got a call the very next day. The person told me if I removed my review he would send me $100 for the damage ( It was way more than that but by this time it was not about money) Anyway, I agreed, removed the post and have been waiting ever since for that check. They constantly send me advertising which only makes me more firm that I would never buy another thing from them. By the way, I really do love the recliner, but not the grown salespeople climbing over each other when you walk in the door or the clumsy delivery people, or the shady management practices.

I had to reschedule 2 times once because of a large snow storm and the second time due to an area rug we have ordered would not be in on time. So when I rescheduled the second delivery ( One of the messages he did not receive ) the delivery showed up anyways. The drivers where pretty upset and I told them that I had called. The response from the driver was probably what I would have said , " Are you fucking serious- who did you talk to down there someone with broken English I said yes- he was like I'm gonna drive back there and put my foot in his ass!! " So again I try to call Steve. With no response. That was a Monday and my next delivery was Saturday which when I called Steve on Friday to confirm the delivery that he knew nothing about. Then Steve starts getting frustrated with me and I pretty much told him if it's not delivered on Saturday I'll just come back and you can refund the card. Apparently that caught his attention pretty quickly. So Saturday is here Steve calls me and apologizes to me and I accept because like I said he is running a pretty large warehouse and seems like it's a one man show. Delivery shows up they install the bunk bed and dining table everything goes without a hitch delivery drivers where professional and courteous. He is about to have me sign the delivery papers and my wife notices the two bottom drawers are missing from the bunk beds...I'm like what the fuck at this point. He says he can get back here on Monday I said if it's not today take everything back because at this point I'm fed up. They went and got the piece and left. Bottom line guys save your brain the headache and go to a large chain. Not worth the hassle to be brutally honest with you!!!
