I was…read moreapartment hunting and decided to check this complex out and I was impressed at my experience here. The community director, Alicia, was a very kind woman and knew a lot of information about this place. As she should, of course. She was very patient as I had a lot of questions regarding the apartment, down payment, rent, etc. This was my first time apartment hunting and I enjoyed that I decided to come here to check it out. There did seem to be a secured gate in which you need a remote to get in and out of. Reading these past reviews it did make me nervous about break ins, vandalism and so on. I mean, honestly, you have to worry about that anywhere you go. The units are so spacious! I believe for a 1x1 is 830 sqft and then a 2x2 (townhome) it's 1,330 sqft. That's pretty big considering there are places with a 2x2 and they're still really small. I love the idea of a townhome because it gives that actual home feeling. If you've been considering these apartments, definitely inquire about it. You might surprise yourself!

Like mentioned above, they pretty much handle everything from collecting rent payments, coordinating repairs, and handling some utilities. Shout out specifically to Stacy for answering all my questions from the start, making my life easier, and being available via email and text. She's super patient and makes sure any issues or problems are dealt, chasing down answers when she's not sure about something. Truly appreciate the service she and the team provides. Property is well cared for; pool areas and lawn care maintained. They always pick up trash daily all over on both complexes. Never had issues with theft of property or mail (left our garage wide open a few times overnight). Our neighbors were the best, very friendly and could always count on them if we were out of town. Front office ladies keep renters posted on events for tenants. Very pleased with our time at Brookside Crossing . I would definitely recommend this place. I tried the food, delicious; The entertainment they have on a regular basis is upbeat and residents enjoy. Most days when I come to visit my mom, there is activity in the lobby, with residents sitting around and enjoying. Communication is outstanding. I am kept up to date on everything about my mom, they are very attentive. Jennifer, Karen and Gloria are amazing. They have made suggestions on care for my mom and were spot on. I can't say enough positive about the entire staff at Rio Las Palmas.

I mean, keep in…read moremind it is in Stockton, so nowhere is 100% safe, but I've been here for almost 3 years, and there has not been any break-ins or any harrassment on the property. The manager and owners are the sweetest people. Whenever you need something fixed, they get it done right away. They are also very easy to talk to about anything. During midterms and finals, the manager even bakes for us each day of the week! I got most of my security deposit back when I left, they only took 1/3 if it back. And what's great is that they pay for water. That cuts down a lot! All you really have to pay is rent, utilities, and internet. I would definitely recommend this place, and it's mostly students that live here, so I feel completely safe!
